Abstract
이 고안은 한방치료에서 사용되는 침에 관한것으로서, 침속으로 특수조제된 약액을 주입시켜 정확한 경혈부위에 약액이 침투 확산되어 치료효과를 증대시키도록 한 것이다.
즉, 통상의 침내부에 침의 선단에서 말단부에 이르기까지 관통되는 약액 주입공을 형성하고, 침의 선단부 측면에는 약액유출구를 형성하며, 침의 동체부에는 호오스연결부와 손잡이가 형성된 지지구를 착설하여 구성시킨것으로서, 침시술과 동시에 침내부를 통하여 약액이 정확한 경혈부위에 침투 확산되도록하여 침시술과 약물치료를 병행하므로서 치료효과를 증대시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.

이 고안은 한방(韓方) 의술에서 사용되는 침(鍼)에 관한 것으로서, 종래의 침과는 달리 침내부에 천공된 약액주입공을 통하여 특수정제된 약액을 침술치료와 동시에 인체에 주입시키도록한 새로운 형태의 침을 제공하기 위한 것인바, 특히 항문(肛門)질환이나 신경질환 등을 치료할 때 여러개의 침이 인체에 꽂힌 상태에서 침속으로 일정량의 약액을 주입시켜 환부에 약액이 신속하게 침투되어 치료효과를 향상시키도록 하기 위한 것이다.
종래 한방의술에서는 항문질환이나 신경질환 등을 치료할때에 치료효과를 증대시키기 위하여 침시술과 함께 침을 꽂은 부위에 특수조제된 약액을 근육내로 주입시키는 경우가 있었으나, 이 경우에는 별도의 주사기를 사용하여 약액을 환부근처에 주사하는 것이었으므로 약액이 정확한 침혈(針穴)을 통하여 침투되지 못하는 것이어서 효율적인 치료효과를 기대할 수 없는 것이었고, 침 시술과는 별도로 경혈(經穴) 이외의 부위에 약액주사를 여러번 시행하는 경우에는 환자에게 고통을 주게되는 등의 문제점이 있는것이었다.
이 고안은 이와같은 종래의 실정을 감안하여 침자체의 내부에 약액주입로를 형성시켜 침을 통하여 정확한 경혈부위에 약액이 침투되도록 한것으로서 이하 도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
통상의 침(1) 내부에 침(1)의 말단(1a)에서 선단(1b) 부위에 이르기까지 관통되는 약액주입공(2)을 형성하고 침(1)의 선단(1b)측면부에는 약액주입공(2)과 연통하는 약액유출구(3)를 형성하였으며, 침(1)의 동체부에는 호오스연결부(4)(4')가 양측에 형성되고 손잡이부(5)가 중앙에 형성된 합성수지제의 지지구(6)를 착설하여서 된 것이다.
도면중 부호 7은 약액 이송용 호오스이고, 8은 약액주입기 이다.
이와같이 구성된 이 고안은 평상시에는 통상의 침으로도 사용할 수 있는것이고, 약액 주입치료시에는 인체에 꽂은 침(1)에 제3도에 도시한 바와같이 가느다란 호오스(7)를 침(1)의 말단(1a)에 끼워 지지구(6)의 호오스연결부(4)와 연결한 후, 약액주입기(8)에 의하여 약액을 침(1)속에 형성된 약액주입공(2)으로 주입하면 약액은 침(1)의 선단부에 형성된 약액유출구(3)를 통하여 유출되면서 정확한 경혈부위에 약액이 침투 확산되어 신속한 치료효과를 얻을 수 있게 되는 것이다.
또한 약액유출구(3)를 침(1)의 선단(1b) 측면부에 형성시킴에 의하여 침(1)을 인체에 꽂을 때 피부가 절단되어 피부조각이 약액유출구(3)속으로 들어가 약액의 유출을 방해하게되는 사고를 방지할 수 있게되어 원활한 약액주입작용이 이루어지게되는 것이며, 지지구(6)의 착설로 인하여 손잡이부(5)를 잡고 침(1)을 꽂거나, 호오스(7)를 연결하기도 용이하여 사용상 편리한 작용효과를 나타내는 것이다.

- 침(1)의 내부에 침(1)의 말단(1a)에서 선단(1b) 부위에 이르기까지 관통되는 약액주입공(2)을 형성하고, 침(1)의 선단(1b)측면부에는 약액주입공(2)과 연통하는 약액유출구(3)를 형성하며, 침(1)의 동체부에는 호오스연결부(4)(4')와 손잡이부(5)가 형성된 지지구(6)를 착설하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 한방시술용 약액침.
