Abstract
본 고안은 각종 토목공사나 건축공사에서 옹벽과 같은 콘크리트 구축물을 시공할 때 표면에 벽도무늬와 같은 모양이 형성될수 있도록 하기 위해 사용하는 콘크리트 표면처리용 조형판에 관한 것으로서, 두께가 5mm 정도되는 고밀도 합성수지발포판(1)을 종횡돌조와 조형홈 모양을 낼수 있게 요입성형부(7)와 돌출모양부(7a)를 갖춘 한벌의 가열압착금형(7)(7a) 사이에 넣고 상하에서 가열압착하여 표면조직이 치밀하고 반질반질한 조형요입홈(1가)과 종·횡돌조(2)(3) 및 종·횡돌조(2)(3)의 이면에 요입홈(2a)(3a)이 형성되게한 콘크리트 표면처리용 합성수지제 조형판을 얻고 이를 영틀(5) 내면에 설치하고 콘크리트(8)를 투입할때 이형제를 칠하지 않아도 되는 편리함이 있고, 조형판의 모양부와 접하여 응고되는 콘크리트 형성물이 응고된 후에 형틀을 제거하고 조형판을 분리하게 되면 쉽고 깨끗하게 분리되는 효과가 있어 콘크리트 표면모양이 분명하면서 깨끗하게 조형되어 별도의 후손질이 필요없게 되는 장점이 있고 이로인해 능률적인 공사를 진행시킬수 있는 장점을 가지는 것이다.The present invention relates to a molding plate for concrete surface treatment, which is used to form a wall-like pattern on the surface when constructing a concrete structure such as a retaining wall in various civil works or construction works, and has a high density synthetic resin having a thickness of about 5 mm.
