종래에 콘크리트 또는 콘크리트와 유사한 가소물에 의한 각종 창호틀재의 성형틀은 목재나 철판등으로 되고 그 내면에 무늬 모양을 부각시키기 위한 탄성재질의 씨이트를 부착한 것등이 통상적인 것이었다. 그러므로 이와같은 목재나 철판으로 된 성형틀에 의하여 제조된 창호틀재에다 문짝의 레일을 착설하여야 할 때에는 그 레일을 앙카용 비스나 강력접착제에 의하여 착설하여야 하는 것이었다. 왜냐하면 성형틀의 바닥판에다 창호틀재의 상면에 돌설되는 레일이 들어가 끼워질 요홈을 형성하고 그 요홈에 레일을 끼우는 경우, 목재나 철판은 탄성을 거이 지니고 있지 않으므로 요홈에 끼워진 레일은 밀착되지 않어 그 짬새에 세멘트노로가 들어가 끼워 굳어져서 탈형이 곤란하게 될 뿐만아니라 탈형이 되었다 하더라도 노출된 레일 외면에 세멘트노로가 굳어 붙어서 이를 깨끗이 제거하여야 한다는 것은 여간 힘든 일이 아니어서, 지금까지 콘크리트 창호틀재에 레일을 매설되게 착설한 것이 시중에 출회되고 있지 않는 것이다.Conventionally, molding windows for various window frame members made of concrete or concrete-like plastics are made of wood or steel plates, and an elastic sheet is attached to the inner surface thereof to emphasize the pattern.
