Claims (2)
- 통신 선로에 삽입되어 전류 제한 소자 및 전압 제한에 의하여 선로에 유입되는 이상전압을 접지하도록 이루어지는 보안기에 있어서, P.V.C 등의 절연 수지로서 각각의 회로 부품들이 삽입 장착될 수 있도록 부품장착홈을 전, 후면에 입체적으로 일체로써 사출 성형하여 기체(10)를 이루되, 상기 기체(10)의 전면 하부로부터 가스튜브아레스터 장착홈(11)과 복수의 P.T.C 전류제한소자장착홈(12)을 형성하고 후면에는 상부로부터 복수의 전압제한소자장착홈(13)과 저항장착홈(14)을 각각 형성하고, 상기 각각의 장착홈(11),(12),(13),(14)들 간에는 차단막(15)을 형성하여 상호 격리되도록 하며, 상기 기체(10)의 여러 곳에 고정 돌기(16)들을 돌출 형성하여 일체로 이루는 것과; 상기 기체(10)의 장착홈(11),(12),(13),(14)에는 각각 가스튜브아레스터(17), P.T.C 전류제한소자(18), 전압제한소자(19) 및 저항(20)을 삽입하되, 상기 회로 부품(17,18,19,20)은 금속재로 된 전도성의 접속재를 통하여 전기적인 회로를 구성하도록 이루는 동시에 이 접속재의 탄력에 의하여 기계적으로 고정되도록 괘지공(25)을 상기 기체(10)의 고정 돌기(16)에 삽입되는 상태로 제1, 제2, 제3, 제4접속재(21),(22),(23),(24)를 끼워 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신용 보안기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 제1접속재(21)는 복수로 마련되며 가스튜브아레스터(17)를 협지하도록 된 단자편(21a)을 형성하여 접속되고, 일측으로는 L1,L2입력측 단자(21b)를 일체로 형성하며 타측으로는 P.T.C 전류 제한 소자(18)와 접속되도록 절곡 형성하여 이루고, 제2접속재(22)는 복수로 마련되며 일측 선단부가 상기 P.T.C 전류 제한 소자(18)와 접속되고, 타측선단부는 전압제한소자(19)와 접속되도록 이루되 기체의 전 후면을 감싸는 ㄷ자 단면 형상을 갖도록 이루며, 제3접속재(33) 역시 복수로 마련되며 일측 선단부로는 T1,T2출력측 단자(23a)를 일체로 형성하고, 타측 선단으로는 저항(20)과 접속 연결되도록 절곡하여 이루어 저항(20)을 상기의 제2접속재(22) 사이에 접속하여 연결하는 동시에, 제4접속재(24)는 일측 선단으로 상기의 전압제한소자(19)와의 연결을 위하여 양분된 접속면(24b)을 형성하고 중앙 부분에 상기 가스튜브아레스터(17)를 고정하는 발화 방지 기능 단자(24a)를 돌출 절곡하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신용 보안기.
