Abstract
본고안은 자주식 크레인에 관한 것으로, 특히 카운터 웨이트(counter weight)의 자기 탈·장착기능을 갖는 자주식 크레인에 관한 것이다. 본 고안의 크레인은 상부 회전체(15)의 일측에 카운터웨이트(13)가 설치되고 타측에는 선단부에 지브(11)가 결합된 붐(14)이 설치되어 있는 크레인에 있어서, 상기 지브(11)를 필요에 따라 붐(14)의 후방으로 선회시켜 위치설정시키기 위한 위치설정수단(33,35;38)으로 구성된다.The present invention relates to self-propelled cranes, and more particularly, to self-propelled cranes having a self-removal function of a counter weight. 본고안은 자주식 크레인에 관한 것으로, 특히 카운터 웨이트(counter weight)의 자기 탈·장착기능을 갖는 자주식 크레인에 관한 것이다. 종래의 자주식 크레인에서는 제1도에 도시된 바와 같이 인양작업시 장비의 전도방지를 위해 후미에 카운터 웨이트(3)를 장착한 상태에서 작업을 행한다. 이어서 작업이 끝난후에는 다음 장소로 이동시 카운터 웨이트(3)를 장착한 상태에서는 전체장비의 무게와 훅중이 관련규격을 초과하므로 이동시에는 카운터 웨이트(3)를 탈거하는 작업이 필요하다. 그러나 종래에 있어서는 크레인 장비자체에 카운터 웨이트에 대한 탈·장착 장치가 없기 때문에 별도의 장비(지게차 또는 크레인)를 사용하여 탈·장착을 행하지 않으면 안되었기 때문에 많은 시간과 경제적 손실이 발생되고 있었다. 제1도에서 미설명부호1은 지브(jib), 2는 후크, 4는 붐, 5는 상부회전체, 6은 하부추진제를 각각 나타낸다. 본고안은 상기한 종래기술의 문제점을 개선하기 위해 안출한 것으로, 그 목적은 카운터 웨이트의 자기 탈·장착기능을 갖는 자주식 크레인을 제공하는 것이다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본고안은 상부 회전체의 일측에 카운터웨이트가 설치되고 타측에는 선단부에 지브가 결합된 붐이 설치되어 있는 크레인에 있어서, 상기 지브를 필요에 따라 붐의 후방으로 선회시켜 위치설정시키기 위한 위치설정수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크레인을 제공한다. 이하에 첨부도면을 참고하여 본고안을 더욱 상세하게 설명한다. 제2도는 본고안에 따른 카운터웨이트의 자기 탈·장착과정을 설명하기 위한 설명도이고, 제3도는 본고안의 요부인 제2도의 서클A부분을 확대도시한 것이다. 제2도를 참고하면, 본고안의 자주식 크레인은 후미에 카운터 웨이트(13)가 장착된 상부 회전체(15)가 하부추진체(6)상에 회전가능하게 설치되고, 상부회전체(15)에는 선단부에 장착된 지브(11)가 필요에 따라 소정 각도 만큼 후방으로 회전가능하게 결합된 붐(14)이 설치되어 있다. 제3도를 참고하면, 붐(14)과 지브(11)가 필요에 따라 회전가능하게 동작할 수 있도록 지브(11)의 하부에는 대략 3각형 모양을 갖는 브라켓(31)의 꼬지점(32)부근에서 붐(14)의 상단과 피봇축(33)에 의해 선회가능하게 결합된다. 따라서 인양작업시에는 지브(11)와 붐(15)이 직선형태를 갖도록 지브(11)를 위치시킨후 삼각형 브라켓(31)의 하측변과 이에 대응한 붐(15)에 형성된 핀홀(35)에 고정핀(37)을 체결시켜 상태에서 인양작업을 행한다. 또한 인양작업을 완료한 후 다른 장소로 이동하기 위해 카운터웨이트(13)를 탈착하고자 할 경우에는 고정핀(37)을 제거하고 점선으로 도시된 바와 같이 지브(11)를 후방으로 소정각도 만큼 회전시킨 후 이상태에서 삼각형 브라켓(31)의 타측변과 이에 대응하는 붐(14)에 각각 형성된 핀홀(38)을 일치시키고 고정핀(39)을 체결시킨다. 이 경우 인양작업시에 지브(11)와 붐(14)을 고정시키기 위해 사용한 핀홀(35)에 대응하는 핀홀을 붐(14)에 형성한 후 고정시키는 것도 물론 가능하다. 따라서 지브(11)를 후방으로 회전시켜 고정시킨 상태에서 제2도와 같이 후크(12)를 하상시켜 카운터 웨이트(13)에 형성된 견인후크고리(17)에 체결시킴에 의해 카운터 웨이트(13)를 용이하게 탈착 또는 장착할 수 있다. 상기한 바와 같이 본 고안에 따르면 지브를 필요에 따라 선택적으로 위치설정시키는 것이 가능하기 때문에 별도의 다른 장비없이도 용이하게 카운터 웨이트의 탈·장착이 가능하여 시간과 경제적 손실을 줄일 수 있다.The present invention relates to self-propelled cranes, and more particularly, to self-propelled cranes having a self-removal function of a counter weight. The present invention has been made to solve the above problems of the prior art, and its object is to provide a self-propelled crane having a self-removing and mounting function of a counterweight. In order to achieve the above object, the subject of the present invention is a crane having a counterweight installed on one side of the upper rotating body and a boom coupled with a jib on the other end thereof, and turning the jib to the rear of the boom as necessary. It provides a crane characterized in that it further comprises a positioning means for positioning. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram for explaining the self-removing and mounting process of the counterweight according to the present proposal, and FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the circle A portion of FIG. Referring to FIG. 2, the self-propelled crane of the present invention has an upper rotor 15 with a counterweight 13 mounted on the rear thereof so as to be rotatable on the lower propeller 6, and the upper rotor 15 with a tip end portion. The mounted jib 11 is provided with the boom 14 in which the jib 11 was rotatably coupled to the rear by a predetermined angle as needed. Referring to FIG. 3, the spigot 32 of the bracket 31 having a substantially triangular shape is formed at the bottom of the jib 11 so that the boom 14 and the jib 11 can be rotatably operated as necessary. It is pivotally coupled by the pivot shaft 33 and the top of the boom 14 in the vicinity. Therefore, in the lifting operation, the jib 11 and the boom 15 have a straight shape, and then the jib 11 is positioned, and then the pinhole 35 formed in the lower side of the triangular bracket 31 and the boom 15 corresponding thereto. Lifting operation is performed in a state where the fixing pin 37 is fastened. In addition, when the counterweight 13 is to be removed to move to another place after the lifting operation is completed, the fixing pin 37 is removed and the jib 11 is rotated backward by a predetermined angle as shown by the dotted line.
