Abstract

본 고안은 종래 트럭의 캡 틸팅용 유압실린더가 펌프에서 공급되는 유압에 의해 실린더의 피스톤과 피스톤 로드가 일반적인 단순한 기능으로 작동되어 캡의 상승 및 하강을 하였는 데 특히 하강시에는 캡 하중과 유압의 불균형으로 인해 단계적으로 하강하는 듯한 덜컥거림이 발생하거나 캡의 급격한 하강으로 안전사고가 발생하는 등의 문제점을 감안하여 실린더에 오리피스 및 체크 밸브식 개폐방식을 이용한 유압조절구를 결합하여 캡이 하강할 때 실린더에서 빠져나오는 고압의 유체 압력을 낮춰줌으로써 캡 하경과 유압의 불균형으로 발생되는 덜컥거림과 급격히 하강하는 위험을 방지하면서 매우 안정된 상태로 하강할 수 있도록 한 것임.

트럭의 캡 틸팅용 유압실린더.

본 고안은 운전대 부분(이하캡이라 함)이 차대의 앞 끝에 위치한 캡오버(CAP OVER)차량에 있어서 엔진점검 등을 용이하게 하기 위하여 캡을 경사지도록 기울일 때 작동되는 트럭의 캡 틸팅용 유압실린더에 관한 것이다. 종래 트럭의 캡 틸팅용 유압실린더는 펌프에서 공급되는 유압에 의해 실린더의 피스톤과 피스톤 로드가 일반적인 단순한 기능으로 작동되어 캡의 상승 및 하강을 하였는데 특히 하강시에는 캡 하중과 유압의 불균형으로 인해 단계적으로 하강하는 듯한 덜컥거림이 발생하거나 캡의 급격한 하강으로 안전사고가 발생하는 등의 문제점이 있었다. 본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 감안하여 실린더에 오리피스 및 체크 밸브식 개폐방식을 이용한 유압조절구를 결합하여 캡이 하강할 때 실린더에서 빠져나오는 고압의 유체 압력을 낮춰줌으로써 캡 하중과 유압의 불균형으로 발생되는 덜컥거림과 급격히 하강하는 위험을 방지하면서 매우 안정된 상태로 하강할 수 있도록 한 것으로,첨부된 도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 통상의 캡 틸팅용 유압실린더(1)에 있어서 중앙의 유체관(2) 양측으로 요형나사부(3) 및 철형 나사부(4)를 형성하고 유체관(2)의 일측에는 큰 구멍(5)을 뚫어서 작은 관 (6)을 연통하되 큰 구멍(5)에는 강구(7)와 걸림링(8)을 삽입한 압력조절구(9)를 나사결합하여서 된 것이다. 미설명 부호10은 유압호스, 11은 피스톤 로드, 12은 유체 입출구, 13은 안전손잡이, 14은 안전걸림판이다. 이와 같이 된 본 고안은 압력조절구(9)의 요형 나사부(3) 및 철형 나사부(4)에 유압실린더(1)의 유체 입출구(12)와 유압호스(10)를 각각 나사결합하여서 제3도의 (a)에 도시한 바와 같이 고압의 유체를 공급하면 큰 구멍(5)내측의 강구(7)가 걸림링(8)쪽으로 밀리면서 피스톤 로드(11)가 작동되어 캡을 상승시키며, (b)에 도시한 바와 같이 캡의 하강시에는 강구(7)가 유체관(2)을 차단함으로써 고압의 유체가 작은 관(6)을 통과하면서 유압이 떨어지므로 캡이 천천히 하강하게 되는 것이다. 이와 같은 본 고안은 고압의 유체 압력을 조절함으로써 유압 펌프에 무리한 부하가 걸리지 않도록 하여 내구성 향상은 물론 캡의 하강시 덜컥거림과 급격한 하강을 방지하고 매우 안정된 상태로 캡의 상승 및 하강을 할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

  1. 통상의 캡 틸팅용 유압실린더(1)에 있어서 중앙의 유체관(2) 양측으로 요형나사부(3) 및 철형 나사부(4)를 형성하고 유체관(2)의 일측에는 큰 구멍(5)을 뚫어서 작은 관(6)을 연통하되 큰 구멍(5)에는 강구(7)와 걸림링(8)을 삽입한 압력 조절구(9)를 나사결합하여서 된 트럭의 캡 틸팅용 유압실린더.
