Claims (2)
- 전원부(1)의 직류 전원을 전압 증폭부(2)를 통해 공작물(3)에 인가하고 펄스 발생기(6)의 출력에 따라 턴온/턴오프되는 스위칭 소자(5)의 드레인에 접속된 전극(4)을 상기 공작물(3)에 접속한 방전 가공기에 있어서, 상기 전압 증폭부(2)의 돌입 전압을 충전 에너지로 전환한 후 그 충전 에너지를 인덕터 에너지로 변환하여 상기 전원부(1)로 궤환시키는 소자 보호부(15)를 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 가공기의 스위칭 소자 보호 회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 소자 보호부(15)는 전원부(1)의 플러스 단자(+)에 역방향 다이오드(12)(13), 인덕터(14)를 순차적으로 직렬 접속하여 그 전원부(1)의 마이너스 단자(-)에 접속하고 상기 역방향 다이오드(12)(13)의 접속점은 플러스 단자(+)가 스위칭 소자(5)의 드레인에 접속된 콘덴서(11)의 마이너스 단자(-)에 접속하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 가공기의 스위칭 소자 보호 회로.
