상기 노즐(7)을 고정하기 위해서 상기 뚜껑(5)의 결합공(4)내에 결합한 후에 비닐재(14)를 녹여서 뚜껑(5)의 상면과 결합공(4)내에 결합된 노즐(7)의 외경부를 고정설치하므로써 한 번 결합후에 분리가 되지않게 되며, 또한 제작시 가공의 낭비가 발생되어 원가 상승의 요인이 되는 것이다. 본 고안은 이와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로,본고안의 목적은 씰링제 배출공의 내경에 다수의 단차부가 구비되고, 단부에 환형요홈이 형성된 브라켓이 일체로 형성되는 노즐을 구비하여, 뚜껑의 결합 내에 결합 및 분해가 용이하고, 노즐의 제작이 매우 간편하여 원가절감을 할 수 있는 것이다. 이와같은 본고안의 목적은, 뚜껑의 결합공 저부외주연부에 형성된 돌기부와 결합공의 돌기부에 결합되고 다수의 단차부가 형성된 씰링제 배출공이 형성되며 단부에 환형 요홈이 형성된 브라켓이 일체로 형성되는 노즐로 달성되어진다. 이하, 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 본고안의 구성을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 도면 제2도 및 제3도에 도시한 바와 같이, 체결부(1)가 돌출형성된 내통(2)과, 상기 내통(2)에 일체로 형성되고 내부에 일정량의 씰링제가 내장된 용기(3)와, 상기 내통(2)의 체결부(1)에 체결되는 체결부(1A)가 내설되고, 결합공(4)이 구비된 뚜껑(5)과, 상기 뚜껑(5)의 결합공(4)에 결합되고 씰링제 배출공(6)이 형성된 노즐(7)로 구성되는 통상의 씰링용 건(8에 있어서 상기 뚜껑(5)의 결합공(4) 저부외주연부에 혀성된 돌기부(10)와, 상기 결합공(4)의 돌기부(10)에 결합되고 다수의 단차부(11)가 형성된 씰링제 배출공(6)이 형성되며, 단부에 환형요홈(12)이 형성된 브라켓(13)이 일체로 형성되는 노즐(7)로 구성되는 것이다. 이와 같이 구성된 본고안은, 차량의 제작 공정의 씰링라인에서 사용중인 수작업용 씰링용 건의 뚜껑에 결합되어 씰링제(미도시)를 외부로 배출시키는 노즐(7)의 결합구조에 관한 것으로, 도면 제3도에서와 같이 내경에 체결부(1)가 형성된 뚜껑(5)의 결합공(4) 하부에서 노즐(7)의 상단부를 삽입한 후에 상기 노즐(7)을 상방으로 당겨올리면 상기 노즐(7)의 외경은 상기 결합공(4)의 내경을 통과하면서 상기 결합공(4)의 저부외주연부에 형성된 돌기부(10) 외경에 노즐(7)의 브라켓(13) 환형요홈(12)이 걸리게 되는 동시에 상기 결합공(4) 내경에 노즐(7)의 외경이 밀착되게 결합이 되고, 이 상태에서 뚜껑(5)의 내경에 형성된 체결부(1A)에 내통(2) 외경의 체결부(1)를 체결하여 결합하면, 상기 내통(2)의 상면에 노즐(7)의 환형요홈(10)의 저부가 밀착되어 결합이 완료되는 것이다. 이 상태에서 작업자가 일정량의 씰링제(미도시)가 내장된 용기(3)를 파지하고서 일정한 압력으로 누르면 용기(3)에 내장된 씰링제가 일정한 압력으로 내통(2)의 내경과 노즐(7)의 씰링제 배출공(6)을 통과하고, 다수의 단차부(11) 통하면서 압력이 증가되어 외부로 배출이 되어 차량의 도시하지 않은 트렁크리드나 좌우측 윈도우 등의 방수나 방음 및 부식을 방지할 수 있게 일정하게 도포되는 것이다. 상기와 같이 상술된 본고안에 의하면, 차량의 제작 공정의 씰링라인에서 사용중인 수작업용 씰링용 건의 뚜껑(5)의 결합공(4)내에 결합되는 노즐(7)의 하단부에 환형요홈(10)이 형성된 브라켓(13)을 일체 형성하여 상기 뚜껑(5)의 결합공(4)내에 결합되는 노즐(7)의 하단부에 환형요홈(10)이 형성된 브라켓(13)을 체 형성하여 상기 뚜껑(5)의 결합공(4)내에 분해 및 결합이 매우 용이하고 또한 노즐(7)In order to fix the nozzle (7) in the coupling hole (4) of the lid (5) and then melt the vinyl material (14) of the nozzle 7 coupled to the upper surface of the lid (5) and the coupling hole (4) By fixing the outer diameter part, it cannot be separated after joining once, and also a waste of processing occurs during manufacturing, which leads to a cost increase.
