Abstract

본 고안은 자동차를 도난즉시 도난차량임을 알리도록하는 도난 표시장치에 관한 것으로 전구(7)의 외측에 빨강(9), 노랑(10), 파랑(11)색이 형성된 회전체(8)가 회전기어(6)에 설치되며, 회전기어(6)에 기어(4)가 연결되어 모터(3)에 의해 회전되도록 하고, 상기 모터(3)를 비밀번호입력 및 해제장치(1)에 연결시켜 비밀번호를 해제시키지 않으면 시동을 걸고 출발하는 즉시(도난 즉시), 외부에 도난차량임을 알려 도난차량을 잡을 수 있도록 하며, 도난을 방지하도록 한다.

본 고안은 자동차의 도난사고를 당하였을시 차량등을 이용하여 도난차량임을 식별가능케하는 자동차용 도난 표시장치에 관한 것이다. 종래 자동차는 도난차량인 경우 경찰에 신고해야 하며 신고에 의해 전산망에 입력되어야 비로소 도난차량으로 등록되어지나 차량번호판을 위조하는 경우나 검문에 전산자료를 확인해야만이 도난차량을 찾을 수 있게 되므로 도난차량이 발생했다 해도 쉽게 찾을 수 없는 결점이 있었다.
따라서 본 고안은 이와같은 종래의 결점을 해소시키기 위하여 안출된 것으로 도난차량인 경우 안개등이나 차량에 설치되는 차폭등에 의해 도난즉시에서부터 도난차량임을 알리도록 하는 도난표시장치를 제공함을 목적으로 한다.
이와같은 본 고안을 첨부도면에 의해 상세히 설명하여 본다.
차체(2)의 전,후방 사면에 차폭등 또는 안개등으로 설치되는 전구(7)를 회전기어(6)에 고정시킨후 회전기어(6)의 일측에서 기어(4)를 연결시켜 기어(4)가 모터(3)에 의해 회전되도록 구성한다.
모터(3)는 비밀번호입력 및 해제장치(1)와 연결되어 해제장치(1)에서 전원이 입력되면 구동되고 전구(7)는 밧데리(5)에 연결되어 차량내에서의 동작으로 점등되고 회전기어(6) 상에는 전구(7)를 감싸는 회전체(8)가 설치되어 그 내부에 빨강(9), 노랑(10), 파랑(11) 색체를 갖도록 구성하였다.
회전체(8)의 전방은 통상의 라이트카바(12)가 설치되고 외주연에는 반사면(13)이 설치되어 있게 된다.
비밀번호입력 및 해제장치(1)는 1-10 까지의 숫자와 입력 및 해제버튼(13)이 표시되고 그 일측에는 선택된 숫자가 표시되는 숫자표시판(1a)이 구성되어 있다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 기존차체(2)에 라이트카바(12)와 반사면(13) 및 전구(7)가 설치되어 있으므로 전구(7)를 회전체(8)가 감싸도록 하여 회전기어(6)에 설치하게 된다.
회전기어(6)의 일측에 기어(4)를 설치하여 모터(3)에 연결되도록 한후 모터(M)가 비밀번호입력 및 해제장치(1)에 연결되어 있게 된다.
이때 비밀번호 입력 및 해제장치(1)는 차내의 운전석 주변 일부분에 설치되어 있게되며 운전자는 숫자입력 및 해제버튼(1b)의 숫자를 네자리 숫자가 되도록 눌러 숫자표시판(1a)에 숫자가 나타나도록 하고 입력버튼을 누르면 비밀번호인 네자리숫자가 사라지게 된다.
그리고서 차량을 주차시켜 놓으면 다시 시동을 걸어 출발하기전에 비밀번호를 누른후 해제버튼을 누르면 비밀번호가 해제되고, 만약 차량절도범에 의해 비밀번호를 해제하지 않고 시동을 걸어 운전을 하게 되면 모터(3)에 전원이 투입되어 기어(4)를 회전시키게 되면서 기어(4)에 연결된 회전기어(6)가 회전되어 회전체(8)를 회전시키게 되므로 빨강(9), 노랑(10), 파랑(11)색에 의해 외측에서 볼때 다른 차량과 달리 쉽게 식별되므로 도난차량임을 즉시 알 수 있게 된다.
이때 회전체(8)는 차체(2)의 사면에 설치하거나 어느 한곳에 설치할 수 있게 되며 전구(7)는 평상시에는 차폭등이나 깜박이등으로 사용되어지게 된다.
또한, 차폭등이나 깜박이등으로 사용하지 않고 차체에 필요한 위치에 설치할 수 있는 것이다.
따라서, 차주가 아닌 절도범에 의해 절도된 차량인 경우에는 회전체(8)에 의해 비상신호를 외부로 표시하게 되므로 차량외부에 있는 사람은 누구나 도난차량임을 쉽게 구별할 수 있게 되어서 도난차량을 방지할 뿐만 아니라 차량도난시에도 쉽게 범인을 잡을 수 있는 효과가 제공된다.

  1. 밧데리(5)에 연결된 전구(7)의 외측에 반사면(13)이 설치되고 전면에 차폭등 또는 깜박이의 라이트카바(12)가 설치된 차체(2)에 있어서, 상기 전구(7)의 외측에 빨강(9), 노랑(10), 파랑(11)색이 형성된 회전체(8)가 회전기어(6)에 설치되며, 회전기어(6)에 기어(4)가 연결되어 모터(3)에 의해 회전되도록 하고, 상기 모터(3)를 비밀번호입력 및 해제장치(1)에 연결시킨 자동차용 도난 표시장치
