Abstract

본 고안은 인공피혁 도포장치에 관한 것이다. 본 고안의 인공피혁 도포장치은 우레탄 레진과 경화제가 합성된 도포제를 이용하여 먼저 원단피혁에 도포하고, 후에 분무기나 공기살포기를 통하여 경화촉진제를 분부하거나 증기를 살포하도록 구성되어 있다.
따라서, 도포공정시에 도포제가 굳어짐으로 인하여 점도가 높아지거나 일정시간이 지남에 따라 도포제가 경화되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

인공피혁 도포장치
제1도는 본 고안에 따른 인공피혁 도포장치를 나타낸 도면이다.

본 고안은 인공피혁 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 도포시의 사용하고 남은 도포제의 낭비를 막을 수 있는 인공피혁 도포장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 인공피혁 제조장치는 우레탄레진, 경화제, 경화촉진제를 배합한 도포제를 배합용기로부터 흘러내리게 하여 축에 고정된 로울러상에 감긴 피혁원단에 도포하도록 구성되어 있다. 이때 피혁원단에 균일하기 위해 나이프(Knife)가 설치되어 있다.
이와 같이, 우레탄 레진으로 도포가 된 인공피혁은 건조로를 통과하여 건조된 후에 최종처리 로울러에 감겨지도록 구성된다.
그러나, 종래의 인공피혁 도포장치는 도포제, 즉 우레탄레진, 경화제, 경화촉진제를 미리 배합함으로써, 시간이 경과함에 따라 도포시에 점도가 증가하는 문제점과, 일정량의 피혁원단을 도포한 후 여러가지 사정에 의해 잠시 시간이 경과한 후 다시 작업을 행할 경우 이미 도포제가 굳어버려 심지어 폐기처분해야 하는 곤란한 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 전술한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 그 목적은 점도가 일정하고 사용중에 경화되지 않는 도포제를 이용한 인공피혁 도포장치에 있다.
전술한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안의 특징은 인공피혁 도포장치에 있어서, 로울러로부터 제공되는 피혁원단에 우레탄레진과 경화제의 합성제를 도포하는 수단; 및, 상기 합성제를 인공피혁에 도포한 후 별도로 경화촉진제를 분무식이거나 증기침투식으로 도포하는 수단으로 구성된 인공피혁 도포시스템에 있다.
이하, 첨부도면에 의거 본 고안에 따른 인공피혁 도포시스템의 바람직한 일실시예를 상세히 설명한다,
제1도는 본 고안에 따른 우레탄레진을 이용한 인공피혁 도포장치의 전체구성을 나타낸 도면이다. 제1도에 도시된 바와 같이, 원단피혁을 감고 있는 제1로울러(11)와, 제1로울러(11)로 부터 이송되는 원단을 우레탄레진과 경화제를 배합한 도포제를 원단피혁에 도포하도록 회전시키는 제2로울러(13)와, 제2로울러(13)상의 피혁에 흘러내리는 도포제를 균일하게 도포하도록 조정하는 나이프(14)로 구성되어 있다.
또한, 일단 우레탄레진과 경화제를 배합한 도포제에 의해 도포된 피혁에 경화촉진제(아민계 또는 올가노틴계물질)를 분무하는 분무기(Spray machine, 15)가 설치되어 있고, 이 분무기(15)를 통과한 인공 피혁을 건조시키는 건조로(16)가 설치되어 있다. 마지막으로 건조로(16)를 통과한 인공피혁을 출하하도록 감는 제3로울러(17)로 구성되어 있다. 여기에서, 전술한 분무기(15)를 이용한 공정은 경화촉진제의 증기를 이용하여 도포면에 접촉 침투시키는 장치가 이용될 수 있다. 또한, 본 실시예에서는 알리파틱계의 디 이소시안에이트, 폴리에스테르 디올아민으로 제조되고, 전술한 이소시안에미트 하이드록실 그룹 또는 아민그룹과 반응할 수 있는 실리콘계 화합물을 부가하여 반응시킨 우레탄레진이 이용되었다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이, 본 고안에 따른 인공피혁 도포장치는 인공 피혁에 우레탄레진으로 된 도포제를 도포할 시에 일어날 수 있는 경화현상을 방지함과 동시에, 사용후 남은 도포제가 굳어져 폐기되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 인공피혁 도포장치에 있어서, 로울러로부터 제공되는 피혁원단에 우레탄 레진과 경화제의 합성제를 도포하는 수단: 및, 상기 합성제를 인공피혁에 도포한 후 별도로 경화촉진제를 분무식이거나 증기침투식으로 도포하는 수단으로 구성된 인공피혁 도포장치.
