본 고안은 엔진 마운트(Mount)용 토크 로울 바(Torque roll bar)에 관한것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 엔진의 하부를 차체에 고정시 토크 로울 바를 설치사용하여 단면적을 줄임으로써 진동 및 소음의 발생을 최소화 할수 있도록 한 것이다. 종래에는 제4도 및 제5도에서 나타내 바와 같이 일반적인 엔진마운트의 지지방식은 대개의 경우 4점지지 방식을 채택하여 사용하고 있으며, 엔진을 기준으로 뒷부분에 파워 플랜트(Power plant)를 지지하는 역할을 하는 2점지지(P1,P2)와 토크(Torque)에 의한 반발력을 지지하는 역할을 하는 앞부분의 2점지지(T1,T2)로 구성되어 사용되고 있으나 토크에 의한 반발력을 지지하는 역할을 하는 앞부분의 2점지지(T1,T2)를 통하여 토크의 반발력이 차체로 전달되면 이로인한 소음 및 잔동이 발생하는등 문제점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a torque roll bar for an engine mount, and more particularly, minimizes the occurrence of vibration and noise by reducing the cross-sectional area by using a torque roll bar when fixing the lower part of the engine to the vehicle body. 따라서, 본 고안은 상술한 제반 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로서, 본 고안은 엔진의 하부를 차체에 고정시 토크 로울바를 설치사용하여 단면적을 줄임으로써 진동 및 소음의 발생을 최소화 할 수 있는 엔진 마운트용 토크 로울 바를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 상술한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안의 특징이 따르면, 원형의 고정부 중앙에 체결공이 형성되며, 일측의 원형고정부의 중앙에 ◎ 형상의 돌기와 체결공이 형성된 엔진 마운트용 토크 로울 바를 형성시킨 것이다. 이하, 상술한 바와같은 목적 및 특징을 가지는 본 고안의 일실사예를 첨부도면 제1도 내지 제3도를 참조하여 그 구성 및 작용효과를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 제2도는 본고안의사시도이며, 제2도는 본 고안이 적용된 상태를 개략적으로 나타낸 측면도이고, 제3도는 본 고안이 적용된 상태에서의 엔진지지부위를 개략적으로 나타낸 평면지지 구성도로서, 엔진을 기준으로 뒷부분에 파워 플랜트를 지지하는 역할을 하는 2점지지(P1,P2)와 토크에 의한 반발력을 지지하는 역할을 하는 원형의 고정부(1)를 엔진(E)에 체결하기 위한 체결공(1a)이 고정부의 중앙에 형성되며, 차체에 고정을 위한 일측의 원형고정부(2)의 중앙에 체결후의 유동을 방지하는 ◎ 형상의 돌기(2a)와 체결공(2b)이 형성된 토크 로울 바(B)로 형성되어 구성된다. 이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 토크 로울 바(B)로 지지하는 3점지지 방식으로 접촉하는 면적을 축소하여 토크에 의해 발생하는 반발력의 차체로의 전달을 줄여줌으로써 진동 및 소음을 줄일수 있게 된다. 이상에서와 같이 본고안은 원형의 고정부(1)의 중앙에 체결공(1a)을 형성하며, 원형고정부(2)의 중앙에 체결후의 유동을 방지하는 ◎ 형상의 돌기(2a)와 체결공(2b)을 형성한것에 그 특징이 있는 것으로서, 엔진의 하부를 차체에 고정시 토크 로울바를 설치 사용하여 단면적을 줄임으로 인해 차체의 진동 및 소음의 발생을 최소화한 매우 유용한 고안이다.Therefore, the present invention has been devised to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is installed by using a torque roller bar when fixing the lower part of the engine body by reducing the cross-sectional area by using an engine mount that can minimize the generation of vibration and noise The purpose is to provide a torque roll bar.
