前記第一収容部内に挿通され、前記蒸気よりも低温の第二の液体が供給されたときに前記第二の液体へ前記蒸気の熱の一部を移動させる熱交換部と、
該熱交換部によって昇温された前記第二の液体が貯留される第二収容部と、
前記第一収容部と連通されて前記蒸気が放出される蒸気放出部と、
前記第二収容部と連通されて昇温された前記第二の液体が放出される液体放出部と、
前記第一収容部と前記蒸気放出部とを連通するとともに一部が前記第二収容部内に挿通された第一配管と、
を備え、
