Claims (20)

- 前記溶液のｐＨが３．８±０．３の範囲内である、請求項２に記載の安定な水性注射溶液。
- エピネフリンまたはその薬学的に許容可能な塩が、エピネフリン塩基と同等の約０．０５ｍｇ／ｍＬ～約０．１５ｍｇ／ｍＬの範囲の量で存在する、請求項１に記載の安定な水性注射溶液。
- エピネフリンまたはその薬学的に許容可能な塩の量が、エピネフリン塩基と同等の０．１１ｍｇ／ｍＬである、請求項１に記載の安定な水性注射溶液。
- 前記亜硫酸塩酸化防止剤が、約０．１ｍｇ／ｍＬ～約０．３ｍｇ／ｍＬの範囲の量で存在する、請求項１に記載の安定な水性注射溶液。
- 前記キレート剤がエデト酸二ナトリウム二水和物である、請求項１に記載の安定な水性注射溶液。
- 前記エデト酸二ナトリウム二水和物が、０．０５ｍｇ／ｍＬ～２．０ｍｇ／ｍＬの量で存在する、請求項７に記載の安定な水性注射溶液。
- 前記有機酸が酒石酸である、請求項１に記載の安定な水性注射溶液。
- 前記酒石酸が、約０．０３ｍｇ／ｍＬ～約０．５ｍｇ／ｍＬの範囲の量で存在する、請求項９に記載の安定な水性注射溶液。
- ブチル化ヒドロキシルアニソールが、約０．００１ｍｇ／ｍＬ～０．００５ｍｇ／ｍＬの範囲の量で存在する、請求項１に記載の安定な水性注射溶液。
- 前記溶液が不透過性容器内で、４０℃／相対湿度７５％で少なくとも６カ月間保存された時に、１．０重量％未満の硫酸エピネフリンを有する、請求項１に記載の安定な水性注射溶液。
- 前記溶液がプレフィルドガラスシリンジ内で保存される、請求項１に記載の安定な水性注射溶液。
- 前記溶液が、アルミニウムパウチおよび脱酸素剤を含む二次包装内でさらに包装される、請求項１３に記載の安定な水性注射溶液。
- 前記無機酸が塩酸である、請求項１に記載の安定な水性注射溶液。
- 前記無機塩基が水酸化ナトリウムである、請求項１に記載の安定な水性注射溶液。
- 請求項１に記載の安定な水性注射溶液であって、該水性注射溶液を静脈内投与することによって、敗血症性ショックを処置する方法に使用するための、安定な水性注射溶液。
- 前記方法が、敗血症性ショックと関連している低血圧を有する患者において平均動脈圧の増加を提供する、請求項１７に記載の安定な水性注射溶液。
- 前記方法が、請求項１に記載の水溶液約１０ｍＬを、約１０００ｍＬの５％ｗ／ｖのデキストロース溶液に添加することと、カテーテルタイイン技法の使用を回避しながら、前記溶液の大静脈の中への静脈内注入とを含む、請求項１７に記載の安定な水性注射溶液。
- 静脈内投与の注入速度が、０．０５ｍｃｇ／ｋｇ／分～２ｍｃｇ／ｋｇ／分であり、かつ所望の平均動脈圧を達成するために滴定され、また前記投与量が、０．０５ｍｃｇ／ｋｇ／分～０．２ｍｃｇ／ｋｇ／分の増分で１０～１５分ごとなど定期的に調整される、請求項１９に記載の安定な水性注射溶液。
