Abstract
Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る蓄電モジュールの斜視図である。蓄電モジュール1は、複数の蓄電装置2と、複数のバスバー4と、を備える。
実施の形態2は、バスバー4の形状を除き、実施の形態1と共通の構成を有する。以下、本実施の形態について実施の形態1と異なる構成を中心に説明し、共通する構成については簡単に説明するか、あるいは説明を省略する。図3は、実施の形態2に係る蓄電モジュールの出力端子とバスバーとを含む領域を拡大して示す斜視図である。
実施の形態3は、バスバー4の形状を除き、実施の形態1と共通の構成を有する。以下、本実施の形態について実施の形態1と異なる構成を中心に説明し、共通する構成については簡単に説明するか、あるいは説明を省略する。図4は、実施の形態3に係る蓄電モジュールの出力端子とバスバーとを含む領域を拡大して示す斜視図である。
実施の形態4は、バスバー4の形状を除き、実施の形態1と共通の構成を有する。以下、本実施の形態について実施の形態1と異なる構成を中心に説明し、共通する構成については簡単に説明するか、あるいは説明を省略する。図5は、実施の形態4に係る蓄電モジュールの出力端子とバスバーとを含む領域を拡大して示す斜視図である。
(実施の形態5)
図6は、本実施の形態における蓄電モジュール1に使用される蓄電装置2とバスバー4を部分的に抜粋して示した図である。図6のように、実施の形態5では、出力端子12の突起13に接続したバスバー4の表面が絶縁部30により覆われている。また、バスバー4の連結部に結合部40が設けられている。絶縁部30は、端子接続部16の第1部分20における出力端子12と対向していない部分と第2部分22と連結部の結合部40が形成されていない部分を覆っている。絶縁部30を設けることにより、蓄電装置2の外装缶8における第2面6bや封口板10(第1面6a)との絶縁し易い。そのため、封口板10や外装缶8へバスバー4を当接させて固定し易く、蓄電モジュール1におけるバスバー4の位置決めし易い。この絶縁部30は例えば、バスバー4へインサート成型などで形成してもよい。また、バスバー4に結合部を設40設けることにより複数の蓄電装置2を保持する拘束部材に凹部や孔(図示なし)を設けることにより、この凹部や孔に結合部をこのバスバー4を固定することができる。そのため、蓄電モジュール1を組み立てる際に、一度にバスバー4や拘束部材の組付けや位置合わせができ、作業性が改善される。
(実施の形態6)
図7は、本実施の形態における蓄電モジュール1に使用される蓄電装置2とバスバー4を部分的に抜粋して示した図である。図7のように、実施の形態6では、実施の形態5と同様にバスバー4の表面を絶縁部30が覆っている。この絶縁部30には、端子接続部16の第1部分20の封口板10(第1面6a)と対向する面を覆う領域が設けられている。この領域の一部に、封口板10へ向かって突出したリブ30aが設けられている。このリブ30aにより蓄電モジュール1における複数の蓄電装置2の第3方向Zにおける位置合わせが容易になる。また、絶縁部30のうち、リブ30aで封口板10と当接し、リブ30aの周囲の領域が封口板が非当接であってもよい。この構成により、絶縁板30における封口板10と当接する箇所を制限できる。そのため、封口板10を含む第1面6aにおける意図した又は意図しない凸凹により絶縁部30に当接する蓄電装置2の位置が蓄電装置2毎にばらつくことを抑制できる。なお、リブ30aは、絶縁部30を構成する絶縁材で構成されていてもよく、第1部分20のリブ30aを形成する位置にリブ(図示なし)が形成され、第1部分20のリブを絶縁部30で覆ってもよい。この構成により、リブ30aの形成位置がずれることを抑制できる。
