Claims (7)
- ボデーにロングネック構造の軸筒部を延設した極低温用グローブ弁であって、長尺状のステムの下端部に、縮径テーパ状の円錐面を有する樹脂製弁体を、極低温条件下でもこの樹脂製弁体が前記ステムに対して3次元的な動作が可能となるように取り付けたことを特徴とする極低温用グローブ弁。
- 前記ステムの下端部に設けた挿入部に前記樹脂製弁体の上部に設けた取付部を挿入し、この挿入部と前記取付部には、前記ステムの長さ方向と交叉する方向に貫通孔を形成し、この貫通孔に固定部材を挿通させて前記取付部と前記ステムの下端部とを取り付け、前記固定部材と前記貫通孔との間に隙間を設け、前記樹脂製弁体が熱収縮した際に、前記隙間に対して前記樹脂製弁体が可動可能なクリアランスを維持させた請求項1に記載の極低温用グローブ弁。
- 前記ステムの下端部に設けた取付部に前記樹脂製弁体の上部に設けた挿入部を挿入し、この取付部と前記挿入部には、前記ステムの長さ方向と交叉する方向に貫通孔を形成し、この貫通孔に固定部材を挿通させて前記挿入部と前記ステムの下端部とを取り付け、前記固定部材と前記貫通孔との間に隙間を設け、前記樹脂製弁体が熱収縮した際に、前記隙間に対して前記樹脂製弁体が可動可能なクリアランスを維持させた請求項1に記載の極低温用グローブ弁。
- 前記ステムの下端部に設けた取付溝に前記樹脂製弁体の上部に設けた係合部を係合させ、前記樹脂製弁体と前記ステムの下端部とを所定の隙間を介して取り付け、前記樹脂製弁体が熱収縮した際に、前記隙間に対して前記樹脂製弁体が可動可能なクリアランスを維持させた請求項1に記載の極低温用グローブ弁。
- 前記ボデーに設けた弁座シール面の角度よりも前記樹脂製弁体の弁体シール面の角度が小さくなるようにした請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の極低温用グローブ弁。
- 極低温条件下の前記貫通孔と前記固定部材との間の前記クリアランスの縦幅は、前記樹脂製弁体のシール径に対し、0.5%以上とした請求項2又は3に記載の極低温用グローブ弁。
- 前記軸筒部の上端にグランド部を設け、このグランド部側に液化水素である前記極低温流体が流入しないように前記軸筒部の上部をベローズ構造とすると共に、前記グランド部から大気圧を超える圧力の水素流体が漏れ出る程度のグランド封止構造とした請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の極低温用グローブ弁。
