Description
The present invention relates to a high pressure fuel supply pump that supplies fuel to a solenoid valve and an engine at high pressure.
In recent years, the quietness of internal combustion engines has been improved and the output and exhaust gas have been reduced. In high-pressure fuel supply pumps that supply fuel to direct injection engines, solenoid valves are often the main source of noise, and improving their quietness is one of the important issues. As a background technique for reducing the collision noise of the solenoid valve, a high-pressure fuel supply pump disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2016-142143 (Patent Document 1) is known. In the high-pressure fuel supply pump of

An object of the present invention is that in a structure in which an anchor and a rod can be displaced relative to each other, wear resistance can be improved in a limited engagement area of the anchor, and cavitation erosion resistance can be improved. Can be suppressed.
Issues, configurations and effects other than those described above will be clarified by the description of the following embodiments.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
The configuration and operation of the system will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a configuration of an engine system to which the high-pressure fuel supply pump according to the present invention is applied. The part surrounded by the broken line indicates the main body of the high-pressure fuel supply pump (hereinafter referred to as a fuel pump) 100, and the mechanism and parts shown in the broken line are integrated with the body 1 (may be called a pump body). Indicates that it is incorporated in.
The fuel in the
The fuel flowing in from the low-pressure
The fuel that has flowed into the electromagnetic
This will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 to 4. FIG. 2 is a vertical cross-sectional view of the high-pressure fuel supply pump according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is a horizontal sectional view (cross-sectional view) of the high-pressure fuel supply pump shown in FIG. 2 as viewed from above in FIG. FIG. 4 is a vertical cross-sectional view different from FIG. 2 of the high-pressure fuel supply pump according to the present invention.

A
The
At the lower end of the
Further, the
The
That is, the
A suction pipe 5 is attached to the side surface of the
The fuel that has passed through the low-pressure
When the
After the
In this state, when a control signal from the engine control unit 101 (hereinafter referred to as an ECU) is applied to the electromagnetic
After that, the
The ascending stroke from the bottom dead center to the top dead center of the
By controlling the energization timing of the
When there is no fuel differential pressure between the pressurizing
The
The energized current is stopped by the end of the discharge stroke. Then, the magnetic attraction force disappears, and the
A low-
The
As a result, it is possible to reduce the fuel flow rate inside and outside the pump during the suction stroke or the return stroke of the pump, and it has a function of reducing the pressure pulsation generated inside the fuel pump.
The detailed structure around the
The
The
The

As described above, the
Although the
In
The maximum surface pressure Pmax represented by the
When the
Specific examples are shown with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8A to 8C. FIG. 8A is a diagram showing the relationship between the radial width L1 of the flat surface portion of the rod collar portion and the radial width L2 of the curved surface portion. FIG. 8B is a diagram showing the relationship between the radial width L2 and the radius of curvature R of the curved surface portion of the rod collar portion. FIG. 8C is a conceptual diagram of the surface pressure at the time of collision between the anchor and the rod.
Assuming that the radial width of the
L2=R・sinθ (式2)
L 2 = R · sin θ (Equation 2)
The relationship between L2 and R is as shown in FIG. 8B.
An example of the surface pressure calculation acting on the
The surface pressure when the
From FIG. 8B, L2 corresponding to the radius of curvature of 3 to 10 mm is 0.27 to 0.87. In FIG. 8C, in VA, the surface pressure generated in the constituent material of the
The
By doing so, the force point at which the
