Description
The present invention is based on the priority claim of Japanese patent application: Japanese Patent Application No. 2018-151980 (filed on August 10, 2018), and all the contents of the application are incorporated in this document by citation. Shall be.
The present invention relates to a cosmetic product and a method of using the same, and particularly to a cosmetic product which is filled in a soft container, can be applied well even if a high amount of wax is blended, and can be adjusted to a preferable feeling of use, and a method of using the same.
Containers filled with cosmetics are diversifying, and consumers have different tastes. Among these, there are cosmetics in which cosmetics can be applied directly from the discharge port in a soft container such as a pouch or a tube.
Cosmetics with increased fluidity (lowered viscosity or hardness) to improve ease of application had room for improvement in stability. Further, in general, a cosmetic having only high fluidity has a problem that makeup is easily transferred (makeup removed) and makeup is easily broken after makeup. Therefore, in the lip cosmetics described in
In the red brush type lipstick with a built-in content described in
Therefore, there is a demand for cosmetics that are easy to apply during make-up, have good make-up after make-up, and are more convenient as cosmetics.

The cosmetics of the present disclosure have thixotropy (sway denaturation). The cosmetics of the present disclosure can reduce the hardness or viscosity by applying an external force (shear stress). If the subsequent shear stress is not applied for, for example, one week or more, the hardness or viscosity of the cosmetic is higher than the reduced hardness or viscosity.
The cosmetic of the present invention has a third hardness of 70 to 3500 gf measured by the following measuring method in a state where no shear stress is applied after the cosmetic is prepared. The cosmetic immediately after preparation can have, for example, a third hardness of 100 gf or more or 200 gf or more. The cosmetic immediately after preparation can have, for example, a third hardness of 3000 gf or less, 2000 gf or less, 1000 gf or less, 800 gf or less, 500 gf or less, 400 gf or less, or 300 gf or less. If the third hardness is less than 70 gf, stability and cosmetic durability may be inferior. If the third hardness exceeds 3500 gf, the hardness cannot be lowered even if it is rubbed by hand at the time of use, and it may not be possible to take it out of the container and apply it.
The cosmetics of the present disclosure have a first hardness of less than 10 gf measured by the following measuring method in a state where the hardness is lowered by applying shear stress to the cosmetics (for example, the state where the hardness is the lowest). The cosmetic immediately after applying the shear stress can have a first hardness of, for example, 1 gf or more, 2 gf or more, or 3 gf or more. The cosmetic immediately after applying the shear stress can have a first hardness of, for example, 8 gf or less, 6 gf or less, or 5 gf or less. This makes it easier to remove the cosmetic from the container with the makeup tool and also to make it easier to apply.
The cosmetics of the present disclosure were measured by the following measuring method in a state where the hardness was lowered by applying shear stress and then left to stand for 1 week or more (in a state where the container was sealed or in a state where the cosmetics were not dried). The second hardness of the cosmetic is higher than the first hardness and is 7 gf to 100 gf. A cosmetic whose hardness is restored after being reduced to the first hardness by applying shear stress can have, for example, a second hardness of 10 gf or more. A cosmetic whose hardness is restored after the hardness is lowered by applying shear stress can have, for example, a second hardness of 80 gf or less or 60 gf or less. This makes it possible to easily apply shear stress to the cosmetics by hand again.
The hardness of the cosmetic whose hardness has decreased due to shear stress can be returned to the same hardness (third hardness) as the hardness immediately after preparation by heating and cooling in the same manner as in the case of production, for example.
(Hardness measurement method)
After allowing the cosmetic filled in the measurement container to stand for 1 hour, using a rheometer manufactured by Sun Scientific Co., Ltd., load weight: 2 kg, needle diameter: 11.3φ, needle insertion depth: 3 mm, ascending speed: 20 mm. / Min, measurement temperature: Measure at 25 ° C.
The cosmetic product of the present invention is used by rubbing a container at the time of use. By rubbing the container by hand and sharing it, the hardness of the cosmetic, which contains a high amount of wax and cannot be taken out of the container as it is, can be reduced and easily applied.
That is, the hardness of the cosmetic after kneading and sharing by hand (at the time of application) is preferably 1 to 9 gf measured by the above method.
Since the cosmetic of the present application contains a high amount of wax, bleeding to unevenness on the skin does not occur, the makeup lasts well, and the film thickness can be increased.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic plan view of the cosmetics of the present disclosure. FIG. 2 shows a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the line II-II in FIG. FIG. 3 shows a schematic plan view of the cosmetics. The form shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is an example.

The present inventors produced the cosmetics (cosmetics for lips) shown in Tables 1 and 2 below by a conventional method, filled them in a soft container (pouch-shaped container), and measured them by the above evaluation method. The results are shown in Tables 1 and 2.
From the evaluation results of Test Example 1-1, it can be seen that the hardness of the cosmetic containing only a large amount of wax is too high at the time of use. Therefore, even if the container was rubbed by hand, it was too hard to be taken out of the container and applied.
On the other hand, in Test Example 1-2 in which the dextrin fatty acid ester was added to Test Example 1-1, the hardness was lowered by rubbing by hand at the time of use, and it was easy to apply.
In addition, Test Example 1-5 in which the amount of dextrin fatty acid ester was increased in Test Example 1-2 became liquid and was inferior in cosmetic durability and film thickness.
Test Example 1-6, which did not contain the dextrin fatty acid ester, had no problem in hardness, but even if the container was rubbed by hand, it was too hard to be applied out of the container well.
Test Examples 1-3 and 1-4, which did not contain wax and contained a large amount of dextrin fatty acid ester, did not have a low hardness after compression.
From these facts, the cosmetic product of the present invention contains (a) wax 5 to 50% by mass, (b) dextrin fatty acid ester 0.1 to 5% by mass, and (c) polar oil content 40 to 90% by mass. The cosmetic having a hardness of 70 to 3500 gf measured in 1 is a cosmetic filled in a soft container.
Next, the present inventors examined the stability and usability of cosmetics such as those of the present invention. The present inventors produced the cosmetics (cosmetics for lips) shown in Table 3 below by a conventional method, filled them in a soft container (pouch-shaped container), and evaluated them by the above evaluation method. The results are shown in Table 3.
Test Example 2-1 containing no wax and containing a large amount of dextrin fatty acid ester has a low hardness of 50, can be easily taken out from a tube without sharing, and has stability as well as Test Example 1. It was equivalent to -2, but had poor makeup retention.
Test Example 2-2, which did not contain the dextrin fatty acid ester, became liquid and was inferior in cosmetic durability and film thickness at the time of application.
Next, the types of wax were examined.
The present inventors produced the cosmetics (cosmetics for lips) shown in Table 4 below by a conventional method, filled them in a soft container (pouch-shaped container), and measured them by the above evaluation method. The results are shown in Table 4.
From the evaluation results in Table 4, it was clarified that the cosmetic of the present invention can be prepared with various kinds of waxes.
Next, the blending amount of wax was examined.
The present inventors produced the cosmetics (cosmetics for lips) shown in Table 5 below by a conventional method, filled them in a soft container (pouch-shaped container), and measured them by the above evaluation method. The results are shown in Table 5.
From the evaluation results in Table 5, in Test Example 4-1, the hardness was too high because the amount of wax was too large, and it was possible to obtain a cosmetic suitable for filling in a tube container and using even if the share was applied. I found that I couldn't. Further, in Test Example 4-4, the amount of wax was too small, so that it became liquid, and the feeling of film thickness at the time of application was inferior.
Therefore, the cosmetic product according to the present invention is characterized in that the blending amount of wax is 5 to 50% by mass and the third hardness is 70 to 3500 gf.
For the cosmetics of Test Example 1-2, after measuring the hardness after compression (first hardness), the second hardness was measured by allowing the container to stand for 4 weeks in a closed state to recover the hardness. The method for measuring hardness is the same as above. The results are shown in Table 6.
It was confirmed that the hardness decreased by compression (shear stress) became higher than the first hardness by standing still. The recovered second hardness was lower than the third hardness immediately after preparation, and was a hardness that was easy to knead. Further, when the cosmetic having recovered hardness was subjected to shear stress again, the hardness could be lowered to the first hardness suitable for use.
Cosmetics having the forms shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 containing the cosmetics of Test Example 1-2 as lip cosmetics in the tube-shaped soft container of the present disclosure, and the cosmetics in a general tube container. We compared the usability with the cosmetics put in. The general tube used is a tube that is often used for toothpaste and the like, and the cosmetic tool is a separate tool from the tube.
In the cosmetics of the present disclosure, with the cosmetics attached to the tubular soft container, the chips were taken out from the container body after kneading only the positions corresponding to the chips (applied portion) several times. The cosmetics attached to the chips had a low viscosity and were in a state of being easy to apply.
On the other hand, in a general tube, in order to facilitate the removal of cosmetics from the opening, it is necessary to knead the tube as a whole, and the number of times of kneading and the number of kneaded parts are larger than those of the cosmetics of the present disclosure. Further, since the opening portion of a general tube was covered with a cap and had a hardness that could not be deformed by hand, the opening portion could not be kneaded. That is, shear stress could not be applied to the cosmetics existing in the opening. For this reason, the cosmetics present in the opening portion first extruded from the general tube have a high viscosity and are difficult to apply. In addition, the cosmetics adhering to the chips used for application harden or solidify if left unattended, and therefore need to be washed. From this, it was found that the cosmetics of the present disclosure can enhance the ease and convenience of makeup.
