Description

The present invention concatenates soups such as udon, buckwheat noodles, ramen, sauces, sauces, liquids such as dressings, shampoos, liquid medicines, powdered soups, spices, bags, desiccants, oxygen scavengers, medicines, etc. The present invention relates to a transfer device for a connected bag body for cutting the bag body into individual packaging bags and putting the bag body into a container or the like.

Conventionally, as shown in Patent Document 1, a connecting bag body in which individual packaging bags are connected via a connecting piece is transferred by a transfer mechanism, and the connecting piece is cut by a cutting mechanism at the transfer destination and separated into individual packaging bags. A transfer device is used in which individual packaging bags are put into containers and packaging bags one by one. The transfer mechanism of this transfer device transfers the connecting bag body to the cutting mechanism by pressing and holding both sides of the connecting bag body with a pair of parallel belt conveyors and rotating the belt conveyor.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 9-20231

However, when the connecting bag body is pressed and narrowed by a pair of belt conveyors and transferred as in the transfer device shown in Patent Document 1, the belt conveyor is used in order to facilitate the transfer of the connecting bag body. It is necessary to improve the adhesion between the constituent endless belt and the connecting bag body. Therefore, an elastic material such as silicon is generally used as the material of the endless belt. Therefore, the endless belt may be deteriorated and damaged by long-term use, and the damaged pieces of the endless belt may be mistakenly mixed into the container or the like into which the individual packaging bag is inserted, causing hygiene and safety problems.

Therefore, the present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problems, and there is a risk that these foreign substances may be erroneously mixed into a container or the like into which an individual bag is inserted without generating foreign substances from the members constituting the transfer device. It is intended to obtain a transfer device for a connecting bag without a bag.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention forms an individual bag in which the contents are stored and formed of a film member, and the sealing portion of the film member is formed in a band shape along one side or both sides. The seal portion is a transfer device for connecting a plurality of connecting bags connected via connecting pieces formed in the vertical direction, and is a transfer mechanism for horizontally transferring the connecting bags and a transfer mechanism transferred from the transfer mechanism. By arranging a cutting mechanism for cutting the connecting piece of the connecting bag body at a distance between the transfer mechanism and the cutting mechanism, and pressing and holding the seal portion of the connecting bag body in the vertical direction to rotate it in the transfer direction. A pair of upper and lower rotating bodies that enable the connecting bag body to be transferred in the transfer direction are provided, and the transfer mechanism is a roller for mounting a connecting bag body that is rotatably arranged in a direction perpendicular to the transfer direction. It is provided with a portion and a pair of guide bodies arranged along both side portions of a connecting bag body placed on the roller portion.

Further, the pair of guide bodies are assembled so as to be slidable in a direction perpendicular to the transfer direction, and the separation distance from each other can be adjusted according to the length in the width direction of the connecting bag body. It may be.

Further, in the pair of guide bodies, a collar portion is projected along the upper surface side on one side facing each other, and the transfer interval of the connecting bag body formed by this collar portion and one side of the pair of guide bodies. Therefore, it may be possible to prevent the connecting bag body located within the transfer interval from protruding outward.

In the present invention, as described above, the connecting bag body is held by pressing and holding the roller portion for mounting the connecting bag body, the pair of guide bodies provided on both sides of the roller portion, and the sealing portion of the connecting bag body. Since it is provided with a pair of upper and lower rotating bodies that can be transferred in the transfer direction, the endless belt conventionally used for transferring the connecting bag body is not required. Therefore, no broken pieces are generated due to deterioration of the endless belt, and the roller portion can be formed of a hard and hard-to-deteriorate material such as metal, so that foreign matter such as broken pieces is mixed into the container of the individual packaging bag. The connecting bag can be transferred cleanly and safely without fear.

When the first embodiment of the present embodiment will be described in detail below, as shown in FIG. 1, (1) is a connecting bag body of the individual packaging bag (2), and the individual packaging bag formed of the film member (3). The contents such as sauce and bag are stored inside (2), and a band-shaped seal portion (4) is provided on one side as shown in FIG. Further, in the direction perpendicular to the seal portion (4), a connecting piece (5) connecting adjacent individual packaging bags (2) is provided. In this embodiment, the seal portions (4) are provided on one side of the individual packaging bag (2), but the present invention is not limited to this in other different embodiments, and the seal portions (4) are provided on both sides of the individual packaging bag (2). It is also possible to use the one provided with 4).

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the transfer device (6) of the present embodiment includes a transfer mechanism (7) for transferring the connecting bag body (1) and a connecting bag body transferred from the transfer mechanism (7). It is equipped with a cutting mechanism (8) that cuts the connecting piece (5) of (1) into an individual bag (2). The transfer mechanism (7) is provided on a roller portion (11) provided with a plurality of stainless steel rollers (10) as shown in FIG. 3 and on both upper sides of the roller portion (11) as shown in FIG. The roller (10) is formed by assembling a pair of guide bodies (12) and (13) extending vertically in a long direction.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the roller portion (11) has a plurality of rollers (10) in a long rectangular frame (14) parallel to the width direction of the frame (14), and each roller (11). 10) is assembled via bearings (not shown) so that they can rotate individually. Above the roller portion (11), a pair of long plate-shaped guide bodies (12) and (13) are placed at positions corresponding to both ends of the roller portion (11) as shown in FIG. It is fixedly placed on the frame (14).

That is, as shown in FIG. 4, a pair of elongated holes (15) are formed in the pair of guide bodies (12) and (13), respectively, in a direction perpendicular to the length direction of the guide bodies (12) and (13). At the same time, as shown in FIG. 3, a screw hole (16) is formed through the frame body (14) of the roller portion (11) at a corresponding position of the elongated hole (15). Then, the screw member (17) is screwed and fixed as shown in FIG. 4 in a state where the elongated holes (15) of the guide bodies (12) and (13) and the screw holes (16) of the frame body (14) are overlapped with each other. As a result, the pair of guide bodies (12) and (13) are fixedly arranged in the length direction of the frame body (14).

Since the pair of guide bodies (12) and (13) are connected and fixed to the roller portion (11) via the elongated holes (15) as described above, the elongated holes (15) to the roller portion (11) are connected and fixed. The arrangement interval of the pair of guide bodies (12) and (13) can be appropriately changed depending on the screwing position. Therefore, the pair of guide bodies (12) and (13) can be assembled by widening or narrowing the interval within the formation length of the elongated hole (15).

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, the pair of guide bodies (12) and (13) are placed horizontally in the direction perpendicular to the transfer direction of the connecting bag body (1) according to the width of the connecting bag body (1) to be transferred. It can be slid and assembled and fixed to the roller portion (11) while adjusting so that the connecting bag body (1) can be arranged within the distance between the pair of guide bodies (12) and (13). Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, a pair of guide bodies (12) and (13) can be arranged along both side portions (18) of the connecting bag body (1) placed on the roller portion (11).

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the pair of guide bodies (12) (13) are provided with the upper surfaces (21) of the one side (19) (20) along the one side (19) (20) facing each other. The collars (23) and (24) are projected on the (22) side. In this way, by providing the collar portions (23) (24) on the pair of guide bodies (12) (13), the pair of guide bodies (12) (13) are aligned with the collar portions (23) (24). From the transfer interval (25) of the connecting bag body (1) formed by the sides (19) and (20), the connecting bag body (1) located within this transfer interval (25) protrudes outward. Can be prevented.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, a cutting mechanism (8) is provided at the transfer destination of the connecting bag body (1) by the transfer mechanism (7) configured as described above. This cutting mechanism (8) is provided with a cutter (26) that can slide in the vertical direction, and the connecting bag body is positioned at the position of the connecting piece (5) of the connecting bag body (1) by the cutter (26). It is possible to cut in the direction perpendicular to the length direction of (1).

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, a pair of upper and lower rotating bodies (27) are provided at a distance between the transfer mechanism (7) and the cutting mechanism (8). As shown in FIG. 6, the rotating body (27) is arranged at substantially the same height as the roller portion (11), and the seal portion (4) of the connecting bag body (1) arranged on the roller portion (11). ) Is sandwiched between the upper and lower rotating bodies (27) as shown in FIG. 5, and both rotating bodies (27) are rotated in the transfer direction to press and hold the seal portion (4) in the transfer direction. The feeding and connecting bag body (1) can be transferred in the transfer direction.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a sensor (28) is arranged on the opposite side of the transfer mechanism (7) from the cutting mechanism (8). This sensor (28) detects the position of the connecting piece (5) of the connecting bag body (1) transferred by the transfer mechanism (7), and the connecting piece (5) is transferred to the cutting mechanism (8). It sends a signal at that point. As a result, the cutter (26) of the cutting mechanism (8) that receives the signal from the sensor (28) operates to cut the connecting piece (5), and the individual bag (2) is formed. Then, by this cutting, the individual packaging bag (2) is dropped and stored by its own weight in the container (30) arranged below the cutting mechanism (8) as shown in FIG.

As described above, the transfer mechanism (7) is formed by the stainless steel roller portion (11) and the plate-shaped guide bodies (12) and (13), and the connecting bag body (1) is mounted on the transfer mechanism (7). Since the connecting bag body (1) is transferred in the transfer direction by the rotating body (27) while being placed, it has been conventionally used as shown in Patent Document 1 to transfer the connecting bag body (1). No need for endless belts that have been made. Therefore, it is possible to prevent foreign matter such as broken pieces due to deterioration of the endless belt from being mixed into the container (30) into which the individual packaging bag (2) is inserted, and to keep the individual packaging bag (2) safe and clean. Can be stored in a container (30).
