Abstract
Description
主成分としてのZrと、0.1質量%以上25質量%以下のNbと、0.1質量%以上25質量%以下のMoと、0.1質量%以上25質量%以下のTaとを含有する素材を、準備する工程、
及び
この素材に塑性加工を施す工程
を含む。
P = ((So − S) / So) * 100
この数式において、Soはスエージング前の素材の断面積を表し、Sはスエージング後の素材の断面積を表す。これらの断面積は、素材の進行方向に垂直な面に沿った断面にて測定される。
[実施例1]
誘導スカル溶解と鋳造とにより、素材を得た。この素材の組成は、Zr−14Nb−1Mo−5Taであった。この素材を1300℃に加熱し、鍛造を施した。この素材を、温度が400℃でありかつ真空である環境下に45分間保持した。この素材を氷水に浸して急冷し、実施例1の生体用合金を得た。
素材に鍛造及び熱処理を施さなかった他は実施例1と同様にして、比較例1の生体用合金を得た。
素材に熱処理を施さなかった他は実施例1と同様にして、比較例2の生体用合金を得た。
下記表2及び3に示される組成の素材を準備し、塑性加工及び熱処理を施さずに、比較例3−10の生体用合金を得た。
前述の方法にて、ビッカース硬さ、引張強さ、0.2%耐力、破断伸び、ヤング率及び質量磁化率を測定した。この結果が、下記の表1−3に示されている。
[実施例2]
誘導スカル溶解と鋳造とにより、素材を得た。この素材の組成は、Zr−14Nb−1Mo−5Taであった。この素材に、冷間のスエージングを施した。このスエージングの減面率は、57%であった。この素材を、温度が400℃でありかつ真空である環境下に45分間保持した。この素材を氷水に浸して急冷し、実施例2の生体用合金を得た。
素材に熱処理を施さなかった他は実施例2と同様にして、比較例11の生体用合金を得た。
前述の方法にて、ビッカース硬さ、ヤング率及び質量磁化率を測定した。この結果が、下記の表4−6に示されている。
[実施例3]
誘導スカル溶解と鋳造とにより、素材を得た。この素材の組成は、Zr−14Nb−1Mo−5Taであった。この素材に、冷間のスエージングを施した。このスエージングの減面率は、97%であった。この素材を、温度が400℃でありかつ真空である環境下に45分間保持した。この素材を氷水に浸して急冷し、実施例3の生体用合金を得た。
素材に熱処理を施さなかった他は実施例3と同様にして、実施例4の生体用合金を得た。
前述の方法にて、ビッカース硬さ、引張強さ、0.2%耐力、破断伸び、ヤング率及び質量磁化率を測定した。この結果が、下記の表7−9に示されている。
[実施例5]
誘導スカル溶解と鋳造とにより、素材を得た。この素材の組成は、Zr−14Nb−1Mo−5Taであった。この素材に塑性加工を施し、直径が3.1mmである線状の母材を得た。この母材に、焼鈍を施した。この母材にダイスによる伸線加工を施し、直径が2.05mmである実施例5の生体用合金を得た。この伸線加工の加工度は、57%であった。
実施例5の合金に、ダイスによる伸線加工をさらに施し、直径が0.53mmである実施例6の生体用合金を得た。この伸線加工の加工度は、97%であった。
前述の方法にて、ビッカース硬さ、引張強さ、0.2%耐力、破断伸び、ヤング率及び質量磁化率を測定した。この結果が、下記の表10に示されている。なお、伸線後の線材を削ることなくそのままで引張試験に供することで、引張強さ、0.2%耐力及び破断伸びを測定した。引張試験には、島津製作所のAG−20kNを使用した。

Claims (10)
- 主成分としてのZrと、0.1質量%以上25質量%以下のNbと、0.1質量%以上25質量%以下のMoと、0.1質量%以上25質量%以下のTaとを含有しており、
引張強さが1000MPa以上である生体用合金。 - Nb、Mo及びTaの合計含有率が2質量%以上50質量%以下である請求項1に記載の生体用合金。
- Moの含有率PMo(質量%)とTaの含有率PTa(質量%)との比(PMo/PTa)が、1/20以上1/3以下である請求項1又は2に記載の生体用合金。
- 0.2%耐力が900MPa以上である請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の生体用合金。
- 質量磁化率が1.50×10−6cm3/g以下である請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の生体用合金。
- 主成分としてのZrと、0.1質量%以上25質量%以下のNbと、0.1質量%以上25質量%以下のMoと、0.1質量%以上25質量%以下のTaとを含有しており、かつ引張強さが1000MPa以上である合金がその材質である医療用品。
- 主成分としてのZrと、0.1質量%以上25質量%以下のNbと、0.1質量%以上25質量%以下のMoと、0.1質量%以上25質量%以下のTaとを含有する素材を、準備する工程、
及び
上記素材に塑性加工を施す工程
を含む生体用合金の製造方法。 - 上記塑性加工がスエージングであり、このスエージングによる減面率が90%以上である請求項7に記載の製造方法。
- 上記素材に塑性加工を施す工程の後に、この素材に熱処理を施す工程をさらに含む請求項7又は8に記載の製造方法。
- 上記熱処理が、加熱による時効と、この時効後の急冷である請求項9に記載の製造方法。
