Claims (6)
- 第1面および第2面を有する、セラミックスから成る絶縁基板と、
該絶縁基板の前記第1面上の、外部の測定回路に接続される陰極電極および陽極電極を含む電極と、
前記絶縁基板の内部の抵抗配線を含み、両端部がそれぞれ前記陰極電極および前記陽極電極に電気的に接続されている抵抗配線部と、
前記絶縁基板の内部において前記抵抗配線部と同じ電位か前記抵抗配線部より低電位の位置に接続されており、前記抵抗配線より幅広の金属層とを有している温度センサ。 - 前記抵抗配線部は、前記絶縁基板の厚み方向に配置され、前記陰極電極と前記陽極電極との間において互いに直列に接続されている複数の前記抵抗配線を含んでおり、該複数の前記抵抗配線は前記第1面から前記第2面に近づくにつれて低電位となるように接続されており、前記金属層は、前記第2面に最も近い前記抵抗配線と前記第2面に二番目に近い前記抵抗配線との間にある請求項1に記載の温度センサ。
- 前記抵抗配線部は、前記絶縁基板の厚み方向に配置され、前記陰極電極と前記陽極電極との間において互いに直列に接続されている複数の前記抵抗配線を含んでおり、前記金属層は前記絶縁基板の厚み方向に複数配置され、複数の前記金属層のそれぞれは、隣接する2つの前記抵抗配線間の全てにある請求項1に記載の温度センサ。
- 前記金属層は、平面透視において、前記抵抗配線部の全体と重なっている請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の温度センサ。
- 前記陰極電極および前記陽極電極と前記抵抗配線部の端部とは接続導体で接続されており、前記陰極電極に接続されている前記接続導体の長さ方向に垂直な断面における断面積は、前記抵抗配線の長さ方向に垂直な断面における断面積より大きい請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の温度センサ。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の温度センサと、
該温度センサの前記電極に接続されている測定回路と、を有する温度測定装置。
