Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態にかかる集中電圧制御システムの構成の一例を示す図である。図1において、電圧制御機器1は変圧器型の電圧制御機器であり、例えば変電所に設置された配電用変圧器としてのLRT(Load Ratio control Transformer:負荷時タップ切替器付変圧器)である。電圧制御機器1にはローカル電圧制御装置11が接続されており、ローカル電圧制御装置11は電圧制御機器1を制御する。ローカル電圧制御装置11は、電圧制御機器1と一体的にまたは併設することができる。ローカル電圧制御装置11は、電圧制御機器1の制御量を調整することにより、具体的にはタップ位置を調整することにより、電圧制御機器1を制御する。また、ローカル電圧制御装置11は、通信機能を有し、通信ネットワーク9に接続されている。

閾値は、ステップS21で設定した値であり、例えば、適正電圧範囲の幅の20%程度に定める。

Claims (5)
- 配電系統の配電線に接続され当該配電線の電圧を制御する変圧器型の複数の電圧制御機器をそれぞれ制御する複数のローカル電圧制御装置と通信ネットワークを介して接続された集中電圧制御装置であって、
前記配電線の各点における電圧の計測値に基づいて、前記複数の電圧制御機器のそれぞれにおける制御量を算出する算出部と、
前記制御量に基づいて前記複数のローカル電圧制御装置のそれぞれへ指令するタップ位置の変更量を決定する指令部と、
前記ローカル電圧制御装置から該ローカル電圧制御装置が制御する前記電圧制御機器のタップ位置が設定可能な範囲の上限または下限であることを示す極限信号を受信すると、前記変更量を制限する制限部と、
を備えることを特徴とする集中電圧制御装置。 - 前記制限部は、前回指令された前記変更量に基づいて、前記極限信号が前記設定可能な範囲の上限であるかまたは下限であるかを判別する判別処理を実施し、
前記極限信号の送信元の前記ローカル電圧制御装置に対応する前記変更量におけるタップ位置の変更方向は、前記判別処理の結果に応じて決定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の集中電圧制御装置。 - 前記制限部は、前記判別処理の結果に基づいて前記極限信号の送信元の前記ローカル電圧制御装置が制御する前記電圧制御機器のタップ位置の推定値を算出し、
前記算出部は、前記推定値を用いて前記制御量を算出し、
前記指令部は、決定した前記変更量に基づいて前記推定値を更新することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の集中電圧制御装置。 - 前記極限信号の送信元の前記ローカル電圧制御装置に対応する前記変更量は1段階に制限されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の集中電圧制御装置。
- 配電系統の配電線に接続され当該配電線の電圧を制御する変圧器型の複数の電圧制御機器と、
前記複数の電圧制御機器をそれぞれ制御する複数のローカル電圧制御装置と、
前記複数のローカル電圧制御装置と通信ネットワークを介して接続された集中電圧制御装置と、
を備え、
前記集中電圧制御装置は、
前記配電線の各点における電圧の計測値に基づいて、前記複数の電圧制御機器のそれぞれにおける制御量を算出する算出部と、
前記制御量に基づいて前記複数のローカル電圧制御装置のそれぞれへ指令するタップ位置の変更量を決定する指令部と、
前記ローカル電圧制御装置から該ローカル電圧制御装置が制御する前記電圧制御機器のタップ位置が設定可能な範囲の上限または下限であることを示す極限信号を受信すると、前記変更量を制限する制限部と、
を備えることを特徴とする集中電圧制御システム。
