Claims (6)
- 上下方向を向く中心軸を中心とするシャフトと、
前記シャフトを回転可能に支持する軸受機構と、
前記軸受機構の径方向外側に位置する電機子と、
前記軸受機構および前記電機子が固定されたブラケットと、
前記シャフトに接続された有蓋円筒状のロータと、を備え、
前記ロータが、
前記シャフトに接続された円板状のロータ蓋部と、
前記ロータ蓋部の外縁部から下方に延びるロータ側壁部と、を備え、
前記シャフトが金属製であり、
前記ロータ蓋部と前記ロータ側壁部とが樹脂製であり、
前記ロータ蓋部と前記シャフトとが一体成形品である、モータ。 - 前記シャフトが、径方向外方に延びるシャフトフランジ部を備え、
前記ロータ蓋部が、前記シャフトフランジ部の上面と側面と下面とを覆う、請求項1に記載のモータ。 - 前記ロータが、前記ロータ側壁部の内周面に間接的または直接的に固定されたロータマグネットをさらに備え、
前記ロータマグネットは、前記電機子の径方向外側にて前記電機子と径方向に対向する、請求項1または2に記載のモータ。 - 前記ロータが、前記ロータマグネットと前記ロータ側壁部との間に位置するロータヨークをさらに備える、請求項3に記載のモータ。
- 前記ロータが、前記ロータ蓋部の下面に接続され、前記ロータ蓋部の中央部から径方向外方へと延びる送風板部をさらに備え、
前記ブラケットを貫通するインレットと、
前記送風板部よりも径方向外側に位置し、前記ロータを径方向に貫通するアウトレットと、が設けられる、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載のモータ。 - 前記シャフトフランジ部は、軸方向に貫通する貫通孔を備え、
前記貫通孔に樹脂が埋められている、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載のモータ。
