Abstract
Description
図1に、本発明の実施例のプラズマ照射装置10を示す。プラズマ照射装置10は、医療用に用いられる装置であり、患者にプラズマを照射するための装置である。プラズマ照射装置10は、プラズマ噴出装置12と、レーザ照射装置14と、不活性ガス噴出装置16と、制御装置(図5参照)18とを備えている。
プラズマ照射装置10では、上述した構成により、プラズマ噴出装置12において、円筒部30の先端部からプラズマが噴出され、被処理体68にプラズマが照射される。プラズマは、活性ラジカルを含んでおり、活性ラジカルによる患部の治療を目的として、医療分野においてプラズマが活用されている。具体的には、例えば、処理ガスとして酸素を用いることで、酸素プラズマが被処理体68に照射される。酸素プラズマは、細胞を死滅させる効果を有することから、例えば、癌化細胞への酸素プラズマの照射により癌治療を目的として、プラズマ照射が行われる。また、例えば、処理ガスとして水素を用いることで、水素プラズマが被処理体68に照射される。水素プラズマは、細胞を再生させる効果を有することから、例えば、皮膚への水素プラズマの照射により皮膚の再生治療を目的として、プラズマ照射が行われる。

なお、cは光の速度である。そして、レーザ照射距離(2×L0)が演算されると、上記手法と同様に、被処理体離間距離L1が演算される。
Claims (6)
- プラズマを噴出するプラズマ噴出装置と、
前記プラズマ噴出装置により噴出されたプラズマの外周を覆うように、不活性ガスを噴出する不活性ガス噴出装置と
を備えることを特徴とする医療用プラズマ発生装置。 - 前記医療用プラズマ発生装置が、
筒状のアウターハウジングと、
前記アウターハウジングの内寸より小さな外寸とされ、前記アウターハウジングの内部に挿入される筒状のインナーハウジングと
を備え、
前記プラズマ噴出装置は、
前記インナーハウジングの内部からプラズマを噴出し、
前記不活性ガス噴出装置は、
前記アウターハウジングの内周面と前記インナーハウジングの外周面との間から不活性ガスを噴出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用プラズマ発生装置。 - 前記不活性ガス噴出装置は、
不活性ガスを冷却する冷却装置を有することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の医療用プラズマ発生装置。 - 前記医療用プラズマ発生装置は、
前記プラズマ噴出装置により噴出されるプラズマの噴出方向に向かって光を照射することで、プラズマ照射される被処理体に光を照射する光照射装置と、
前記光照射装置から照射された光が前記被処理体により反射した反射光を受光する受光部と、
前記受光部により受光された反射光に基づいて、前記医療用プラズマ発生装置と前記被処理体との間の距離を演算する演算装置と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の医療用プラズマ発生装置。 - 前記受光部が、
前記光照射装置から照射された光の照射軸と同軸的に反射した反射光を受光することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の医療用プラズマ発生装置。 - プラズマを噴出するプラズマ噴出装置と、前記プラズマ噴出装置により噴出されたプラズマの外周を覆うように、不活性ガスを噴出する不活性ガス噴出装置とを備える医療用プラズマ発生装置によって、被処理体にプラズマを照射するプラズマ照射方法であって、
前記プラズマ照射方法は、
前記不活性ガス噴出装置によって不活性ガスを噴出する不活性ガス噴出工程と、
前記不活性ガス噴出工程において不活性ガスが噴出された後に、前記プラズマ噴出装置によってプラズマを噴出するプラズマ噴出工程と
を含むことを特徴とするプラズマ照射方法。
