Abstract
Description
そして、以下のステップにより、第1部材と第2部材を連結する。
部材連結部の前記先端面の開口を封止するように第1部材と第2部材との間に弾性封止部材を挟み込むステップ、
連結部材本体で前記第2部材を保持するステップ、
突起部を第1部材の段差部に係合させるステップと、及び
連結部材を一定方向へ回転させることにより、突起部を段差部に沿って部材連結部の基端部から所定距離の位置まで摺動させて弾性変形部を変形させ、弾性変形部に弾性封止部材を必要量だけ変形させる弾性力を発生させるステップ。
また、ピン36が金属であり、段差部30の側面に、金属よりも硬度が低く、金属に対して高い摺動性を有する、PTFEコーティング、PEEKコーティング等の樹脂コーティングが施されていても、段差部30とピン36の摺動面の摩耗を抑制することができる。

Claims (8)
- 先端面が開口した円筒形状の部材連結部を有し、前記部材連結部の外周面又は内周面に、前記部材連結部の先端側から基端側へ周方向に沿って傾斜した段差部を有する第1部材と、
前記部材連結部に連結される第2部材と、
前記部材連結部の前記先端面の開口を封止するように前記第1部材と前記第2部材との間に挟み込まれた弾性封止部材と、
前記第2部材の前記第1部材側の端部を保持する連結部材本体、及び前記連結部本体に設けられた弾性変形部を有し、前記弾性変形部の弾性力により前記第1部材と前記第2部材とを近接させる方向に押圧して連結する連結部材と、を備え、
前記連結部材の前記弾性変形部は、前記部材連結部の前記段差部と係合するように前記部材連結部の外周面又は内周面に向かって突起した突起部を有し、当該連結部材が前記部材連結部の周方向へ回転したときに前記突起部を前記段差部に沿って摺動させるように弾性変形し、前記突起部が前記部材連結部の基端部から所定距離の位置へきたときに、前記弾性封止部材を必要量だけ変形させる弾性力を発生させるものであり、前記突起部と前記段差部の摺動面のうち一方が高い硬度を有する高硬度材料で構成され、他方が前記高硬度材料よりも硬度が低くかつ前記高硬度材料に対して高い摺動性を有する樹脂で構成されている部材連結機構。 - 前記突起部はスーパーエンジニアリングプラスチックからなる請求項1に記載の部材連結機構。
- 前記突起部の表面又は前記段差部の摺動面に前記高硬度材料との間の摩擦係数を低減する樹脂コーティングが施されている請求項1に記載の部材連結機構。
- 前記突起部は、前記弾性変形部に設けられた孔に圧入されたピンである請求項1に記載の部材連結機構。
- 前記連結部材本体は、前記第2部材の前記第1部材側の端部の周囲を囲うリング状の部材であり、
前記弾性変形部は、基端が前記連結部材本体と連結され、先端が前記連結部材本体の周方向に沿って前記連結部材本体と平行に伸びるように、前記連結部材本体とは間隔をもって前記連結部材本体よりも前記第1部材側に設けられ、前記第1部材の前記端面に対して垂直な方向へ弾性変形する円弧状の片持ちバネであり、
前記突起部は、前記弾性変形部の先端部から前記部材連結部の外周面に向かって突起している請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の部材連結機構。 - 前記弾性変形部が弾性変形していない状態において、前記連結部材の前記第2部材側端部から前記第1部材側の端部までの、前記部材連結部の先端面に垂直な方向における長さは20mm以下である請求項1に記載の部材連結機構。
- 前記弾性変形部のバネ定数は30N/mm以上、100N/mm以下である請求項1に記載の部材連結機構。
- 先端面が開口した円筒形状の部材連結部を有し、前記部材連結部の外周面又は内周面に、前記部材連結部の先端側から基端側へ周方向に沿って傾斜した段差部を有する第1部材に、前記第1部材とは別の第2部材を連結する方法であって、
前記第2部材の前記第1部材側の端部を保持する連結部材本体、及び前記連結部本体に設けられた弾性変形部を有し、前記弾性変形部に前記部材連結部の前記段差部と係合し当該連結部材の回転に伴って前記段差部に沿って摺動するように、前記部材連結部の外周面又は内周面に向かって突起した突起部が設けられた連結部材を用い、
前記突起部と前記段差部の摺動面のうち一方を高い硬度を有する高硬度材料で構成するとともに、他方を前記高硬度材料よりも硬度が低くかつ前記高硬度材料に対して高い摺動性を有する樹脂で構成し、
前記部材連結部の前記先端面の開口を封止するように前記第1部材と前記第2部材との間に弾性封止部材を挟み込むステップと、
前記連結部材本体で前記第2部材を保持するステップと、
前記突起部を前記第1部材の前記段差部に係合させるステップと、
前記連結部材を一定方向へ回転させることにより、前記突起部を前記段差部に沿って前記部材連結部の基端部から所定距離の位置まで摺動させて前記弾性変形部を変形させ、前記弾性変形部に前記弾性封止部材を必要量だけ変形させる弾性力を発生させるステップと、を備えた部材連結方法。
