【解決手段】 互いに対向し、対向面に平行な方向に相対運動する基板10a、10bと、基板10a、10bの各対向面に形成された電荷保持部12及び導体14a、14bと、上記対向する基板10a、10b間及び電荷保持部12と導体14a、14bとの間に介在する、上記対向面に平行な方向の比誘電率より対向面に直交する方向の比誘電率が大きい異方性誘電率を有する物質と、を備える静電誘導型発電素子。

Claims (4)
- 運動エネルギーと電気エネルギーとを変換する静電誘導型発電素子であって、
互いに対向し、対向面に平行な方向に相対運動する基板と、
前記基板の各対向面に形成された電荷保持部及び導体と、
前記対向する基板間及び前記電荷保持部と導体との間に介在する、前記対向面に平行な方向の比誘電率より前記対向面に直交する方向の比誘電率が大きい異方性誘電率を有する物質と、
を備える静電誘導型発電素子。 - 前記異方性誘電率を有する物質が液晶である請求項1に記載の静電誘導型発電素子。
- 前記電荷保持部がエレクトレットである請求項1又は請求項2に記載の静電誘導型発電素子。
- 前記電荷保持部が、電源に接続された電極である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の静電誘導型変換素子。
