Abstract
Description
尚、以下に示す実施の形態においては、内視鏡リプロセッサが具備する濃度測定装置において測定する薬液の濃度は、消毒液の濃度、具体的には、消毒液中の過酢酸の濃度を例に挙げて説明する。
図1は、本実施の形態の内視鏡リプロセッサの構成を概略的に示す図、図2は、図1の濃度計の構成を、消毒液とともに示す部分断面図である。
図9は、本実施の形態の内視鏡リプロセッサの構成を概略的に示す図である。
洗浄消毒槽104に設けられた排出口155内には、弁の切り替え動作により、外部へ洗浄液等を排出したり、薬液タンク158に消毒液を回収したりするための開閉自在な図示しない弁体が設けられている。
図16は、本実施の形態の内視鏡リプロセッサの構成を概略的に示す図である。
本出願は、2015年6月2日に日本国に出願された特願2015−112490号を優先権主張の基礎として出願するものであり、上記の内容は、本願明細書、請求の範囲、図面に引用されたものである。
Claims (9)
- センシング部を収容した凹状部及び前記凹状部を塞ぐ浸透膜を有する濃度計と、
前記濃度計が収容された耐圧容器と、
前記耐圧容器に薬液を導入する薬液導入部と、
前記凹状部の内圧が前記耐圧容器の内圧に比べて低くなるように圧力を調整する圧力調整部と、
を具備することを特徴とする内視鏡リプロセッサ。 - 前記圧力調整部は、
前記耐圧容器の内圧を所定の圧力まで加圧する加圧部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡リプロセッサ。 - 前記圧力調整部は、
前記凹部の内圧を所定の圧力まで減圧する減圧部であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の内視鏡リプロセッサ。 - 前記凹状部内に内部液が前記浸透膜によって封入されており、
前記センシング部は、前記内部液に少なくとも一部が浸漬された電極を具備していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の内視鏡リプロセッサ。 - 前記薬液が貯留された薬液タンクと、
を具備し、
前記薬液導入部は、前記薬液タンクと前記耐圧容器とをつなぐとともに、前記薬液タンク内の前記薬液を前記耐圧容器に供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡リプロセッサ。 - 前記薬液導入部は、前記薬液タンク内の前記薬液を移送する薬液移送部を具備しており、
前記薬液移送部の駆動に伴い、前記薬液タンク内の前記薬液が前記耐圧容器に供給されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内視鏡リプロセッサ。 - 前記加圧部は、
前記耐圧容器に設けられた薬液導出部と、
前記薬液導出部に設けられ、前記耐圧容器から導出される流体の流量を制限する流量制限部と、を具備しており、
前記流量制限部によって、前記薬液供給部から前記耐圧容器に導入される前記薬液の流量未満となるように、前記耐圧容器から導出される流体の流量が制限されることにより、前記耐圧容器の前記内部圧力が上昇することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡リプロセッサ。 - 前記流量制限部は、前記耐圧容器の前記内部圧力が前記所定の圧力になると開放するリリーフ弁であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の内視鏡リプロセッサ。
- 前記浸透膜の乾燥度合いを検知する乾燥検知部と、
前記乾燥検知部の検知結果から前記浸透膜が乾燥状態に達しているか否かを判断する判断部と、
前記流量制限部及び前記判断部に接続された制御部と、
を具備し、
前記制御部は、前記判断部が前記浸透膜は乾燥していると判断した場合、前記流量制御部を制御して、前記薬液供給部から前記耐圧容器に導入される前記薬液の流量未満となるように、前記耐圧容器から導出される流体の流量を制限することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の内視鏡リプロセッサ。
