A lifting part to be fitted, a position detecting part for detecting a vertical position of the surface of the tire at at least three detection points, and detecting the posture information of the tire based on position information detected by the position detecting part An attitude detection unit.
Description
The present invention relates to a tire inspection apparatus and a tire attitude detection method.
When manufacturing a rubber tire used for a vehicle or the like, various inspections are performed in a state where the tire is artificially inflated (air inflation) by an inspection device in order to ensure quality. Specifically, the tire is fitted into a member called a pseudo rim and imitating a wheel so that the inside of the tire is airtight and filled with air. The pseudo rim is divided into an upper rim and a lower rim. For convenience of continuously inspecting a plurality of tires, the tire is transported in a posture in which the rotation axis of the tire is in the vertical direction. Therefore, the upper rim and the lower rim are respectively fitted from both sides in the vertical direction of the tire. That is, the tire is inspected with the sidewalls on both sides oriented in the vertical direction.
As an example of such a technique, an apparatus described in Patent Document 1 is disclosed. The tire inspection apparatus described in Patent Document 1 includes a belt conveyor that conveys tires, a lifter that raises and lowers the belt conveyor, an upper spindle that supports an upper rim, and a lower spindle that supports a lower rim. ing. First, the belt conveyor is lowered by the lifter so that the lower rim is fitted from below the tire. Then, the upper rim is fitted to the tire by lowering the upper spindle. That is, the upper spindle and the lower spindle are both arranged coaxially with the axial position of the tire. After the upper rim and the lower rim are fitted, the tire is filled with air.
However, in the apparatus described in Patent Document 1, when the tire is conveyed by the belt conveyor, the axial center position of the tire and the axis of the lower spindle (or the upper spindle) are shifted from each other (the misalignment is misaligned). If this is the case, the rim and the tire may not be properly fitted. More specifically, when the tire is displaced on the belt conveyor due to vibration or slipping during conveyance by the belt conveyor, misalignment as described above is likely to occur. If an attempt is made to fit the lower rim and the upper rim to the tire in a state where misalignment has occurred, the tire is crushed from above and below by the rim, which may cause deterioration and damage to the tire.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and a tire inspection device capable of suppressing inappropriate fitting between a tire and a rim by detecting a change in the posture of the tire, and a tire posture detection It aims to provide a method.
The present invention employs the following means in order to solve the above problems.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the tire inspection device moves the tire and the rim in the vertical direction relative to each other so that the center axis of the tire is along the vertical direction. An elevator unit for fitting the rim to the tire, a position detection unit for detecting a position in the vertical direction of the surface of the tire at at least three detection points, and the position detection unit based on the position information detected by the position detection unit. A posture detection unit that detects tire posture information.
According to said structure, when fitting a rim | limb with a tire, a position detection part detects the positional information on the perpendicular direction in the detection point of the surface of a tire. The posture detection unit can detect the posture information of the tire based on the position information. Thereby, the driving | running state of a tire inspection apparatus can be changed according to the change of the attitude | position of a tire. In particular, in the above configuration, position information is detected at at least three detection points on the surface of the tire. Thereby, the inclination of the tire with respect to the support portion can be detected as a change in posture.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the tire inspection apparatus according to the first aspect, the position detection unit is provided in a region on one side of the tire in the central axis direction, so that the detection point is The position information may be detected in a non-contact state.
According to the above configuration, since the position detection unit is provided in a region on one side in the central axis direction of the tire, the position information of the tire in the vertical direction can be obtained with high accuracy when the tire and the rim are relatively moved by the lifting unit. Can be detected. In addition, since the position detection unit detects the position information in a non-contact state with respect to the detection point of the tire, the position information is appropriately detected even while the tire and the rim are moving relative to each other. can do.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the tire inspection apparatus according to any one of the aspects described above, the position detection unit is inside the outer peripheral edge of the tire when viewed from the vertical direction, and The detection point may be provided at a position corresponding to the outer side of the outer peripheral edge of the rim, and the detection point may be positioned on a sidewall that is a surface facing the central axis direction of the tire.
According to said structure, a position detection part is provided in the area | region corresponded to the inner side rather than the outer periphery of a tire, and the outer side of the outer periphery of a rim | limb. Further, position information on the detection points on the sidewalls of the tire is detected by the position detection unit with reference to such positions. Thereby, the position detection part can detect the change of the position of the tire in the vertical direction with higher accuracy.
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, in the tire inspection apparatus according to any one of the aspects described above, the position detection unit is provided integrally with the support unit, and the posture detection unit includes the tire and the tire. A difference calculation unit that calculates a difference of the position information for each of the detection points before and after relative movement with respect to the rim is compared with the difference for each of the detection points and a predetermined reference value, and the difference is the reference If it is smaller than the value, it is determined that the tire is in a normal posture and generates a normal signal as the posture information, and if the difference is larger than the reference value, the tire is in an abnormal posture. A determination unit that determines that there is an abnormality and generates an abnormal signal as the posture information.
According to the above configuration, when the rim is fitted to the tire due to the relative movement between the rim and the tire on the support portion, the position of the tire changes, resulting in an abnormal position. A displacement (difference) occurs in the position of the tire with respect to the detection unit. The difference calculation unit calculates a difference in position information at at least three detection points before and after the relative movement. The determination unit compares this difference with a reference value. When the difference in position information at each detection point (ie, the tire surface) is smaller than the reference value, the determination unit determines that the tire is not tilted, and outputs a normal signal as tire posture information. Generate.
On the other hand, when the difference in position information at at least one detection point is larger than the reference value, it is determined that the posture of the tire has changed, such as the inclination, when the rim and the tire are fitted. Accordingly, the determination unit determines that the tire is in an abnormal posture, and generates an abnormal signal as tire posture information.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the tire inspection apparatus according to any one of the aspects described above, the position detection unit is fixed at another position separated from the support unit, and the posture detection unit is A difference calculation unit that calculates a difference between the position information for each detection point before and after the relative movement between the tire and the rim, and the difference for each detection point is compared with a predetermined reference value; When the difference is smaller than the reference value, it is determined that the tire is in a normal posture and a normal signal as the posture information is generated, and when the difference is larger than the reference value, the tire A determination unit that determines that is in an abnormal posture and generates an abnormal signal as the posture information.
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, in the tire attitude detection method, the tire supported by the support portion and the rim fitted to the tire are relatively moved in the vertical direction so that the central axis is along the vertical direction. A tire attitude detection method for detecting a change in the attitude of the tire when the position is detected by a position detection unit provided integrally with the support unit, wherein the tire is separated from the position detection unit during the relative movement. A step of detecting a plurality of position information by detecting a distance at at least three detection points on the tire, and calculating a difference between the plurality of position information before and after the relative movement for each of the detection points. Comparing the difference for each detection point with a predetermined reference value, and determining that the tire is in a normal posture when the difference is smaller than the reference value Rutotomoni, including, determining said tire is in an abnormal posture in case the difference is larger than the reference value.
According to such a method, first, the separation distance between the position detection unit and the tire that is generated by the relative movement between the rim and the tire on the support unit is detected. Next, after calculating a difference in position information for each detection point before and after relative movement, this difference is compared with a reference value. When the difference is smaller than the reference value, it can be determined that each detection point (that is, the surface of the tire) is approximately equidistant from each position detection unit. Thereby, it is determined that the tire is not tilted. That is, it can be determined that the tire is in a normal posture.
On the other hand, when the difference in position information for each detection point is larger than the reference value, it is determined that the posture of the tire has changed, such as tilt, when the rim and the tire are fitted. Thereby, it can be determined that the tire is in an abnormal posture.
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, in the tire attitude detection method, the tire supported by the support portion and the rim fitted to the tire are relatively moved in the vertical direction so that the central axis is along the vertical direction. A tire attitude detection method for detecting a change in the attitude of the tire when the position is detected by a position detection unit provided at another position separated from the support unit, the tire and the position detection during the relative movement Detecting a plurality of pieces of position information by detecting a separation distance from a portion at at least three detection points on the tire, and calculating a difference between the plurality of pieces of position information before and after the relative movement at each of the detection points. The step of calculating for each detection point, the difference for each of the detection points, and a predetermined reference value, and if the difference is smaller than the reference value, the tire is in a normal posture Thereby determines that includes, determining said tire is in an abnormal posture in case the difference is larger than the reference value.
According to the tire inspection device and the tire attitude detection method of the present invention, it is possible to suppress inappropriate fitting between the tire and the rim by detecting a change in the attitude of the tire.

これらリムR(上部リムUR、下部リムBR)は、リム軸線OR上における上下方向から、タイヤTのビード部Tb(すなわち、中心軸線の内径側の端縁)に対して、それぞれ嵌合される。(
Further, the rim R held by the
The upper rim UR configured as described above is held above the
The two
(Elevating part 50)
The
When the
(Position detector 40)
In the present embodiment, the
In the present embodiment, four
Further, when viewed from the tire axis OT direction, these four
As described above, the separation distance between the pair of
The
On the other hand, when a vertical displacement occurs in the tire T due to an external force or the like, that is, when the tire T moves away from the placement surface S, the separation distance L detected by the
(Attitude detection unit 60)
The
The
The detailed operation of the
FIG. 3 shows a state in which the tire T is carried into the support portion 21 (mounting surface S) via the carry-in portion 1. In this state, the
The lower rim BR is first fitted to the tire T in the above state. Specifically, the
7 (FIGS. 7A to 7C), the position of the detection point P in the plurality of
From the start of the lowering of the
Subsequently, when the time T1 is reached, the lower rim BR and the tire T come into contact with each other. As in the example in FIG. 3, when the tire axis OT and the rim axis OR are both on the same line (that is, the tire T and the rim R are not misaligned or are negligibly small). Indicates the transition of the position of the detection point P as shown by the solid line graph from time T1 to time T2 in FIG. 7A. That is, the position information L in the first
That is, when there is no misalignment between the tire T and the rim R (lower rim BR), the lower rim BR is smoothly fitted to the bead portion Tb after contacting the tire T. From the time when the lower rim BR comes into contact with the tire T to the time when the fitting is completed, the tire T is generally kept horizontal on the support portion 21 (on the mounting surface S). Therefore, changes in the position information L at each detection point P of the tire T are substantially equal to each other.
The difference (change) of the position information L at each detection point P is calculated by the
The difference calculated by the
Thus, the operation of the
On the other hand, when the
In order to avoid the occurrence of the event as described above, in the
More specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, when the tire T is riding on the lower rim BR, the position of one detection point P in the vertical direction is positioned above the other detection point P. Yes. (Only two detection points P are shown in FIG. 6, but actually the four detection points P are displaced to different positions.)
In the above state, the position of the detection point P detected by the
In the above state, first, the bead portion Tb on the first
At this time, as shown in FIG. 7B, the position information L detected by the first
Therefore, when the time T2 is reached, the position information at the detection point P corresponding to the first
In the
The difference calculated by the
On the other hand, if at least one of these differences (at least one difference in the case where four
As described above, the operation of the
As described above, according to the
Furthermore, according to the above configuration, the
In addition, according to the above-described apparatus and method, as the rim R is fitted to the tire T by the relative movement between the rim R and the tire T on the
On the other hand, when the difference is larger than the reference value, it is determined that the posture of the tire T has changed such as the inclination when the rim R and the tire T are fitted. Accordingly, the
Therefore, when a deviation occurs between the tire axis OT and the rim axis OR on the
The first embodiment of the present invention has been described above with reference to the drawings. However, various modifications to the above configuration or method can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
For example, in the above embodiment, the four
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the configuration is such that the posture change of the tire T is detected by paying attention to the difference in the position information L of the detection point P corresponding to the
In addition, in the above-described embodiment, the
In addition, in the above-described embodiment, the
Further, in the above-described embodiment, an example in which a belt conveyor is employed as the
[Second Embodiment]
Next, a
As shown in FIG. 9, in the
When the configuration as described above is adopted, the distance (position information L) between the
On the other hand, when the tire axis OT and the rim axis OR are not on the same straight line (when the tire T and the lower rim BR are misaligned), as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the tire T Gets on the lower rim BR.
At this time, the vertical position for each detection point P shows changes as shown in FIGS. 12B and 12C as an example. First, the bead portion Tb on the first
Therefore, when the time T2 is reached (when the
The
The difference calculated by the
On the other hand, if at least one of these differences (at least one difference in the case where four
As described above, the operation of the
As described above, in the
On the other hand, when the differences in the position information L for each detection point P are not equal to each other, it is determined that the posture of the tire T has changed, such as the inclination, when the rim R and the tire T are fitted. Accordingly, the
In the above-described embodiment, the example in which the

The present invention employs the following means in order to solve the above problems.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the tire inspection device moves the tire and the rim in the vertical direction relative to each other so that the center axis of the tire is along the vertical direction. An elevator unit for fitting the rim to the tire, a position detection unit for detecting a position in the vertical direction of the surface of the tire at at least three detection points, and the position detection unit based on the position information detected by the position detection unit. An attitude detection unit that detects tire attitude information, and the position detection unit is inside the outer periphery of the tire and corresponds to the outside of the outer periphery of the rim when viewed from the vertical direction. Provided at a position, the detection point is located on a sidewall which is a surface facing the central axis direction in the tire, and the posture detection unit is configured such that the tire is supported by a mounting surface of the support unit. State As an initial value, a difference calculation unit that calculates a difference between the initial value and the position information for each detection point during the relative movement between the tire and the rim by the lifting unit, and the detection unit for each detection point The difference is compared with a predetermined reference value, and when the difference is smaller than the reference value, it is determined that the tire is in a normal posture and generates a normal signal as the posture information, and a determining unit which when the difference is greater than the reference value and generates an abnormality signal as the orientation information it is determined that the tire is in an abnormal posture, Ru comprising a.
Further, the position detection unit is provided in a region corresponding to the inner side of the outer peripheral edge of the tire and the outer side of the outer peripheral edge of the rim. Further, position information on the detection points on the sidewalls of the tire is detected by the position detection unit with reference to such positions. Thereby, the position detection part can detect the change of the position of the tire in the vertical direction with higher accuracy.
Further, according to the above configuration, when the rim is fitted to the tire by the relative movement between the rim and the tire on the support portion, the posture of the tire changes, resulting in an abnormal posture. A displacement (difference) occurs in the position of the tire with respect to the position detection unit.
