Abstract
Description
イソシアネート基含有1,2−ポリブタジエン 200重量部
(日本曹達製品TP1001;酢酸ブチル50%含有) ( 100 〃 )
シリカ(中央シリカ製品シリカ6B;粒子径7μm) 43 〃
酢酸ブチル 1798 〃
以上の各成分を混合し、この酢酸ブチル溶液からなるコーティング剤溶液を厚さ2mmの加硫ゴム上に10〜30μmの厚さでスプレー塗布し、200℃で10時間熱処理した後、接触角、油中での動摩擦係数の測定を行った。なお、各重量部は溶液重量部で示されており、各成分の実重量部は( )内に示されている(以下の実施例および比較例も同じ)。
接触角:共和製Drop Master 500を用い、エンジンオイルOW-20に対する
接触角を計測
35°未満を○、35°以上を×と評価
油中での動摩擦係数:新東科学社製HEIDON TYPE14DR表面性試験機を利
用し、下記条件下で往復動を行い、往路側の動摩
擦係数を測定し、0.2未満を○、0.2以上を×と評
価
荷重:50g
速度:50mm/分
往復動距離:50mm
圧子:10mm径鋼球
油種:エンジンオイルOW-20
注) 油中での動摩擦係数は、オイルシールの実機評価と
相関している評価であり、上記テストピースを用い
た油中での動摩擦係数が低いとオイルシールを用い
た実機評価も良好になる
実施例1において、シリカの代わりにポリカーボネート(岐阜セラック製品ポリカTR-7;粒子径6μm、トルエン等93%含有)が614重量部(ポリカーボネートとして43重量部)用いられた。
実施例1において、シリカの代わりにシリコーン樹脂粒子(モメンティブ・パフォーマンス・マテリアルズ・ジャパン合同会社製品トスパール130;粒子径3μm)が同量(43重量部)用いられた。
実施例1において、シリカの代わりにシリコーン樹脂粒子(信越化学工業製品X-52-703;粒子径0.8μm)が同量(43重量部)用いられた。
実施例1において、シリカの代わりにナイロン粒子(東レ製品ナイロンSP-10;粒子径10μm)が同量(43重量部)用いられた。
実施例1において、シリカの代わりにシリコーンゴム粒子(東レ製品トレフィルE606;粒子径2μm)が同量(43重量部)用いられた。
実施例1において、シリカの代わりにPTFE(AGCセイケミカル製品フルオン172J;粒子径0.2μm)が同量(43重量部)用いられた。
実施例1において、コーティング剤溶液として、特許文献1に開示されている発明に相当するポリブタジエン50重量部、PTFE溶液1567重量部(固形分濃度5%;78.35重量部)およびポリエチレンワックス溶液 1567重量部(固形分濃度5%;78.35重量部)からなるものが用いられた。

注) 油中での動摩擦係数は、オイルシールの実機評価と
相関している評価であり、上記テストピースを用い
た油中での動摩擦係数が低いとオイルシールを用い
た実機評価も良好になる
実施例1において、シリカの代わりにPTFE(AGCセイミケミカル製品フルオン172J;粒子径0.2μm)が同量(43重量部)用いられた。
Claims (3)
- イソシアネート基含有1,2-ポリブタジエン100重量部に対し、粒子径が0.5〜30μmである充填剤を10〜160重量部の割合で含有させ、有機溶媒溶液として調製されたコーティング剤であって、これをコーティングした基材表面とエンジンオイルの接触角が35°以下となるオイルシール用コーティング剤。
- 充填剤がフッ素樹脂、シリカ、シリコーン樹脂またはポリカーボネートである請求項1記載のオイルシール用コーティング剤。
- 請求項1または2記載のコーティング剤を用いてコーティング処理したオイルシール。
