Description
(A)パーフルオロアルキルアルキル(メタ)アクリレート
(B)水酸基含有(メタ)アクリレート
の共重合体〔I〕、アクリル酸アルキルエステルの重合体〔II〕、フッ素化オレフィンの重合体〔III〕および硬化剤〔IV〕を含有する組成物との合計量100重量部に対し、軟化点40〜160℃のワックスおよびフッ素樹脂粒子をそれぞれ10〜160重量部の割合で含有させ、イソシアネート基含有1,2-ポリブタジエンとOH基含有フッ素樹脂組成物との比が、重量比で50:50〜95:5の割合で用いられた加硫ゴム用表面処理剤によって達成される。
(A)パーフルオロアルキルアルキル(メタ)アクリレート
(B)水酸基含有(メタ)アクリレート
の共重合体〔I〕、アクリル酸アルキルエステルの重合体〔II〕、フッ素化オレフィンの重合体〔III〕および硬化剤〔IV〕を含有し、共重合体〔I〕と重合体〔II〕と重合体〔III〕とが2〜15:35〜70:20〜50の重量比(合計100)等である組成物よりなる。このOH基含有フッ素樹脂組成物溶液は、OH変性基を有するため、バインダー成分であるイソシアネート基含有1,2-ポリブタジエンと効果的に反応し、安定した恒久性の高い被膜を形成することができる。これらOH基含有フッ素樹脂組成物の詳細は、例えば特許文献4に記載されている。また、有機溶剤としては、例えばメチルイソブチルケトン-酢酸エチル-メチルエチルケトン混合溶剤等が用いられる。
フッ素樹脂粒子溶液(粒子径0.2μm、 467重量部
固形分濃度5重量%の酢酸ブチル溶液)
PEワックス溶液(固形分濃度5重量%の酢酸ブチル溶液) 467 〃
NCO含有1,2-ポリブタジエン溶液(日本曹達製品 55 〃
日曹TP-1001;固形分濃度50重量%の酢酸ブチル溶液)
OH基含有フッ素樹脂組成物溶液(DIC製品ディフェンサ 11 〃
TR-103;OH価4.1mgKOH/g溶液、固形分濃度30重量%の
MIBK-酢酸ブチル-MEK溶液)
以上の各成分よりなる表面処理剤(NCO含有ポリブタジエン/OH基含有フッ素樹脂組成物=90/10)を用い、次の各測定、評価を行った。
バインダー硬さ:金属板上に、コーティング剤のバインダー成分のみ(フッ素樹脂粒子成分を除く)を50μmの膜厚になるように塗布し、200℃で10時間焼成したサンプルを作製し、島津製作所製ダイナミックス超微小硬度計を用い、三角錐圧子(稜間角115°)を負荷速度14.1mN/秒で押し込み、押し込み深さが10μmのときのダイナミック硬さを測定
摩擦係数:厚さ2mmの加硫圧縮成形したフッ素ゴム表面にコーティング剤を膜厚10μmとなるように塗布し、200℃で10時間焼成したサンプルを作製し、新東科学製HEIDON TYPE 14DRを用い、コーティング被膜表面に荷重50gを載せた直径10mmの綱球を押し当て、往復動距離50mm、速度50mm/分の速さで移動させ、動摩擦係数を測定
(評価) ○:0.13未満
△:0.13以上0.17未満
×:0.17以上
耐摩耗性試験:厚さ2mmの加硫圧縮成形したフッ素ゴム表面にコーティング剤を膜厚10μmとなるように塗布し、200℃で10時間焼成したサンプルを作製し、レスカ製フリクションプレーヤーFPR-2000を用い、コーティング被膜表面に荷重2kgを載せた直径3mmの圧子球を押し当て、平均面圧3.9MPa、線速度20.9cm/秒の速さで回転させ、コーティング被膜が剥がれ、ゴムが露出する迄の回転数を測定

以上の各成分よりなる表面処理剤(NCO含有ポリブタジエン/OH基含有フッ素樹脂組成物=50/50)を用い、実施例1と同様の各測定、評価が行われた。
フッ素樹脂粒子溶液(実施例1と同じ) 458重量部

OH基含有フッ素樹脂組成物溶液(ディフェンサTR-103) 60 〃
以上の各成分よりなる表面処理剤(NCO含有ポリブタジエン/OH基含有フッ素樹脂組成物=40/60)を用い、実施例1と同様の各測定、評価が行われた。
実施例1において、フッ素樹脂粒子溶液量を469重量部に、PEワックス溶液量を469重量部に、NCO含有ポリブタジエン溶液量を62重量部にそれぞれ変更し、OH基含有フッ素樹脂組成物溶液が用いられない表面処理剤(NCO含有ポリブタジエン/OH基含有フッ素樹脂組成物=100/0)を用い、実施例1と同様の各測定、評価が行われた。

以上の各成分よりなる表面処理剤(ウレタン樹脂/OH基含有フッ素樹脂組成物=50/50)を用い、実施例1と同様の各測定、評価が行われた。

Claims (4)
- イソシアネート基含有1,2-ポリブタジエンと次の組成を有するOH基含有フッ素樹脂組成物
(A)パーフルオロアルキルアルキル(メタ)アクリレート
(B)水酸基含有(メタ)アクリレート
の共重合体〔I〕、アクリル酸アルキルエステルの重合体〔II〕、フッ素化オレフィンの重合体〔III〕および硬化剤〔IV〕を含有する組成物との合計量100重量部に対し、軟化点40〜160℃のワックスおよびフッ素樹脂粒子をそれぞれ10〜160重量部の割合で含有させ、イソシアネート基含有1,2-ポリブタジエンとOH基含有フッ素樹脂組成物との比が、重量比で50:50〜95:5の割合で用いられた加硫ゴム用表面処理剤。 - イソシアネート基含有1,2-ポリブタジエンおよびOH基含有フッ素樹脂組成物がいずれも有機溶剤溶液として用いられた請求項1記載の加硫ゴム用表面処理剤。
- オイルシールのシールリップ部のコーティングに用いられる請求項1記載の加硫ゴム用表面処理剤。
- 請求項3記載の加硫ゴム用表面処理剤でコーティング被膜を形成させたシールリップ部を有するオイルシール。
