Abstract
Description
1.対象食材や飲用:主として沖縄県国際通りの公設市場で食材又は飲用として販売されている、以下に示す22種類の植物・果物由来の食材液等を求めた。各食材液等を1,500 rpm、15分間遠沈して上清を得た(以下、この上清を食材液原液と記載する。)。
1. うっちん(ウコン)茶 2. マンゴー搾汁 3. ドラゴンフルーツ搾汁
4. シークワーサー搾汁 5. タンカン搾汁 6. サンピン茶
7. トマト搾汁 8. よもぎ茶 9. 朝鮮人参搾汁
10. ウーロン茶 11. 緑茶 12. アセロラ搾汁 13. レンプ搾汁
14. ハブ酒 15. 島バナナ搾汁 16. パッションフルーツ搾汁
17. スナックパイン搾汁 18. パパイヤ搾汁 19. グワバ搾汁
20. リンゴ搾汁 21.ピーチパイン搾汁 22. 八重山青木搾汁
1.食材液原液のNesfatin-1測定 1:食材液原液の各々についてNesfatin-1 ELISAで測定した結果、八重山青木の果実の食材液原液だけがNesfatin-1を比較的高濃度に含有することが初めて発見された。一方、他の食材液原液はNesfatin-1を殆ど含有していなかった。尚、八重山青木の果実は約3ヶ月間に亘り熟成発酵したものであった。図1に八重山青木の果実の食材液原液でNesfatin-1を測定した濃度希釈曲線を示す。その食材液原液の各希釈濃度とNesfatin-1実測濃度値は強い正の相関(r2=0.98257)にあり、当該食材液原液はNesfatin-1を含むことを示す。尚、図1の縦軸はNesfatin-1濃度(ng/ml)を、横軸は八重山青木の果実の食材液原液の希釈倍率を示す。一方、八重山青木の果実の食材液原液では、レプチンならびにアデイポネクチンの測定はできなかった。
Claims (14)
- 八重山青木(Morinda citrifolia)に由来する成分を有効成分とすることを特徴とする食欲抑制組成物。
- 八重山青木(Morinda citrifolia)の果実に由来する液体成分であることを特徴とする食欲抑制組成物。
- 八重山青木の果実に由来する液体成分が、八重山青木の果実から搾汁された食材液成分である請求項2に記載の食欲抑制組成物。
- 八重山青木の果実に由来する液体成分が、八重山青木の発酵果実から搾汁された食材液成分である請求項2又は請求項3に記載の食欲抑制組成物。
- 八重山青木の果実に由来する液体成分が、八重山青木の発酵果実から搾汁された食材液成分の上清である請求項2乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の食欲抑制組成物。
- 八重山青木の果実に由来する液体成分中の構成成分の分子量が、3,000ダルトン以上である請求項2乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の食欲抑制組成物。
- 分子量3,000ダルトン以上の構成成分が、八重山青木の果実に由来する液体成分を分子量分画フイルター装置で処理して得たNesfatin-1を高量含有する成分である、請求項6に記載の食欲抑制組成物。
- 八重山青木の果実に由来する液体成分中の構成成分の分子量が、3,000ダルトン以下である請求項2乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の食欲抑制組成物。
- 分子量3,000ダルトン以下の構成成分が、八重山青木の果実に由来する液体成分を分子量分画フイルター装置で処理して得た小分子量成分である、請求項8に記載の食欲抑制組成物。
- 分子量3,000ダルトン以下の構成成分が、グルタミン酸、アスパラギン酸、アルギニン及びアラニンを含むものである請求項9に記載の食欲抑制組成物。
- 八重山青木の発酵果実から搾汁された液体成分を分子量分画フイルター装置で処理して得た分子量3,000ダルトン以上のNesfatin-1を高量含有する成分と、八重山青木の発酵果実から搾汁された液体成分を分子量分画フイルター装置で処理して得た分子量3,000ダルトン以下の小分子量成分とからなる請求項2乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の食欲抑制組成物。
- 請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の食欲抑制組成物よりなるか、或いは、これを含有する食品。
- 請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の食欲抑制組成物を投与することによる肥満を抑制する方法。
- 肥満を抑制するための請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の食欲抑制組成物。
