Claims (15)
- 光透過性を有する第1の基板と、流体の注入口と排出口を有する第2の基板とを少なくとも備えるフローチップと、
前記フローチップを保持する保持部材と、
前記保持部材が設置される固定部材であって、前記フローチップの前記第2の基板と接触する固定部材と、
前記流体を前記注入口へ送り、前記排出口から排出させる流体送液部と、
前記フローチップの前記第1の基板側に配置された光学検出部と、
前記保持部材をXY方向に駆動する駆動部と、
を備える分析装置。 - 請求項1の分析装置において、
前記保持部材または前記フローチップを前記固定部材に対して加圧するための加圧部をさらに備えることを特徴とする分析装置。 - 請求項2の分析装置において、
前記加圧部が、前記保持部材または前記フローチップの少なくとも2か所を力学的に加圧するクランプ部を備えることを特徴とする分析装置。 - 請求項3の分析装置において、
前記加圧部が、前記固定部材に回転可能に取付けられた、開口部を有するカバーであり、前記クランプ部が、前記開口部の外周から内側に突出するように形成されていることを特徴とする分析装置。 - 請求項1の分析装置において、
前記固定部材が、前記フローチップの温度調節を行う温度調整部であることを特徴とする分析装置。 - 請求項5の分析装置において、
前記温度調整部が、前記第2の基板に接触するヒートブロックと、前記ヒートブロックの下方に配置されたペルチェ素子と、前記ペルチェ素子の下方に配置されたヒートシンクとを備えることを特徴とする分析装置。 - 請求項6の分析装置において、
前記ヒートブロックが、前記注入口及び前記排出口のそれぞれに対応する位置に切欠き部を備え、前記切欠き部が、前記注入口への流路及び前記排出口からの流路を備えることを特徴とする分析装置。 - 請求項7の分析装置において、
前記注入口への前記流路及び前記排出口からの前記流路が樹脂部材により形成されていることを特徴とする分析装置。 - 請求項1の分析装置において、
前記保持部材は、開口部を有するチップ保持部と、カートリッジ固定部とを備え、前記フローチップが、前記開口部の位置に配置されることを特徴とする分析装置。 - 請求項9の分析装置において、
前記固定部材は、固定ピンを備え、前記保持部材の前記カートリッジ固定部は、前記固定ピンに対応する位置に穴を備え、前記保持部材は、前記穴に前記固定ピンを挿入することにより、前記固定部材に設置されていることを特徴とする分析装置。 - 請求項1の分析装置において、
前記光学検出部が、落射蛍光顕微鏡であり、前記光学検出部が、LEDと、光学フィルタと、2次元カメラとを備えることを特徴とする分析装置。 - 請求項1の分析装置において、
前記第2の基板が、半導体光リソグラフィー工程により、格子状かつ規則的に一定間隔で反応部位を有することを特徴とする分析装置。 - 請求項1の分析装置において、
前記流体は、複数の蛍光色素で修飾されたヌクレオチドと、塩基伸長を行うポリメラーゼと、洗浄試薬と、画像取得用試薬と、保護基解離試薬とを含み、反応方式がシーケンス・バイ・シーケンス(SBS)であることを特徴とする分析装置。 - 請求項1の分析装置において、
前記流体は、複数の蛍光色素で修飾されたオリゴマーと、オリゴマーをDNA塩基に付加するリガーゼと、洗浄試薬と、画像取得用試薬と、保護基解離試薬を含み、反応がシーケンス・バイ・ライゲーション(SBL)であることを特徴とする分析装置。 - 請求項1の分析装置において、
前記流体送液部が、少なくとも1つのシリンジと、複数の弁とを備えることを特徴とする分析装置。
