Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- ガス化原料が流れる低温側流路、及び前記ガス化原料と熱交換することにより前記ガス化原料を昇温する、超臨界状態の処理水が導入される高温側流路を備える対向流式熱交換器と、
前記対向流式熱交換器で昇温された前記ガス化原料を、加熱及び加圧することにより超臨界状態にしてガス化し、前記超臨界状態の処理水として排出するガス化反応器と、
前記ガス化反応器から排出された処理水を前記対向流式熱交換器に導く処理水流路と
を含んで構成されるガス化システムであって、
前記ガス化原料を前記低温側流路に導入する原料導入手段と、
前記原料導入手段により導入された前記ガス化原料を前記低温側流路の途中から取り出し、取り出した前記ガス化原料を加熱し、加熱した前記ガス化原料を、取り出した位置よりも原料下流側の途中位置に戻す外部加熱手段と、
を備えることを特徴とするガス化システム。 - 前記ガス化原料の定圧比熱の値に基づき前記取り出しを行う位置を決定し、決定した前記位置から前記ガス化原料を取り出すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス化システム。
- 前記取り出しを行う位置における前記水の定圧比熱が10kJ/kg・K以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載のガス化システム。
- 前記低温側流路は、前記ガス化原料導入手段により導入された前記ガス化原料の温度が上昇していく低温区域と、前記低温区域を通過した前記ガス化原料の温度が再び上昇する高温区域とを含んで構成され、
前記外部加熱手段は、前記低温区域の高温端から前記ガス化原料を取り出し、また、前記ガス化原料を前記高温区域の低温端に戻す
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のガス化システム。 - 前記外部加熱手段における加熱は、前記対向流式熱交換器で昇温された前記ガス化原料を予熱する予熱器において行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のガス化システム。
