Abstract
Description
(石膏スラリー)
本実施形態の石膏スラリーの構成例について以下に説明する。
特に、焼石膏100質量部に対する尿素リン酸エステル化澱粉の割合は0.05質量部以上5質量部以下であることがより好ましい。これは、尿素リン酸エステル化澱粉の割合が5質量部より多くなると、例えば12.5mm厚の石膏ボードとした場合にJIS A 6901に規定される発熱性1級の条件を満たさない場合があるためである。石膏スラリーを硬化させた石膏硬化体を建材として用いる場合においては、撥水性や強度のみならず、不燃性もその性能として要求されることがあるため、要求に応じてその添加量を選択することが好ましい。焼石膏100質量部に対する尿素リン酸エステル化澱粉の添加量は0.05質量部以上3質量部以下であることがさらに好ましい。
(石膏硬化体)
次に、本実施形態の石膏硬化体について説明する。
(石膏系建材、石膏ボード)
次に、本実施形態の石膏系建材、石膏ボードについて説明する。
(1)評価方法
以下の実験例において製造した、石膏スラリー(石膏泥漿)、石膏硬化体、石膏ボードの試験方法について説明する。
(1−1)全吸水率測定試験
以下の実験例において得られた石膏硬化体または石膏ボードについて、下記式1に従って全吸水率(Aw)を測定、算出した。下記式1中の浸漬後の質量とは、石膏硬化体または石膏ボードを20℃±1℃の水中に2時間浸漬後の質量を意味している。また、浸漬前の質量とは、石膏スラリーの成形体の乾燥後、さらに40±2℃に調整した乾燥機中で恒量となるまで乾燥した後の質量を意味している。
Aw(%)=(浸漬後の質量−浸漬前の質量)/(浸漬前の質量)×100・・・(式1)
(1−2)フロー試験
以下の実験例3において製造した石膏スラリー(石膏泥漿)についてフロー試験を行った。
(2)実験内容
以下に示す実験例1〜3を行い上述した評価方法により得られた試料について評価を行った。
(実験例1)
β型の焼石膏(半水石膏)100質量部に対し、所定の澱粉を焼石膏100質量部に対して0.05質量部から15質量部までの所定量を混合して石膏組成物を作製した。例えば実験例1−1では、表1に示すように澱粉の添加量が0.05質量部から15質量部までの7種類の石膏組成物を作製している。実験例1−2、実験例1−3でも同様である。
(実験例2)
β型の焼石膏(半水石膏)100質量部に対し、実験例1−1と同じ尿素リン酸エステル化澱粉を焼石膏100質量部に対して0.05質量部から15質量部までの所定量と、撥水助剤(触媒)としての消石灰を0.2質量部とを混合して石膏組成物を作製した。次いで、各石膏組成物中の焼石膏100質量部に対して実験例1−1と同様の割合で、メチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサンと、水と、を添加しブレンダーを用いて15秒間撹拌混合して石膏スラリーとした。石膏スラリーを作製後については、乾燥する際の温度が異なる点以外は、実験例1−1と同様にして石膏硬化体の作製を行った。
(実験例3)
本実験例では、以下の手順により石膏スラリー及び石膏ボードを製造し、評価を行った。
Claims (16)
- 焼石膏と、尿素リン酸エステル化澱粉と、オルガノポリシロキサンと、水と、を混合した石膏スラリー。
- 前記焼石膏100質量部に対して、前記尿素リン酸エステル化澱粉を0.05質量部以上10質量部以下の割合で含む請求項1に記載の石膏スラリー。
- 前記尿素リン酸エステル化澱粉の糊化温度が100℃以下である請求項1または2に記載の石膏スラリー。
- 請求項1乃至4いずれか一項に記載の石膏スラリーを硬化した石膏硬化体。
- 請求項5に記載の石膏硬化体を含む石膏系建材。
- 請求項5に記載の石膏硬化体を含む石膏ボード。
- 焼石膏と尿素リン酸エステル化澱粉と、を混合して石膏組成物とする石膏組成物形成工程と、
前記石膏組成物と、オルガノポリシロキサンと、水と、を混合して石膏スラリーとする石膏スラリー形成工程と、を有する石膏スラリーの製造方法。 - 前記焼石膏100質量部に対して、前記尿素リン酸エステル化澱粉を0.05質量部以上10質量部以下の割合で含む請求項8に記載の石膏スラリーの製造方法。
- 前記尿素リン酸エステル化澱粉の糊化温度が100℃以下である請求項8または9に記載の石膏スラリーの製造方法。
- 請求項8乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の石膏スラリーの製造方法により得られた石膏スラリーを成形し、石膏スラリーの成形体を作製する成形工程を有する石膏硬化体の製造方法。
- 前記成形工程の後に、前記尿素リン酸エステル化澱粉を糊化する糊化工程を有する請求項12に記載の石膏硬化体の製造方法。
- 前記糊化工程が、前記石膏スラリーの成形体を100℃以下に加熱する工程を含む請求項13に記載の石膏硬化体の製造方法。
- 請求項12乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の石膏硬化体の製造方法を含む石膏系建材の製造方法。
- 請求項12乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の石膏硬化体の製造方法を含む石膏ボードの製造方法。
