Abstract
Description
図2は、実施形態1の組電池の構造を示す断面図である。図2に示すように、組電池1は、フィルム外装電池集合体2と、固定部材3と、を有している。フィルム外装電池集合体2は、複数のフィルム外装電池10で構成されている。複数のフィルム外装電池10は、互いに積層され、接着部材16aで接着されている。固定部材3は、積層方向に垂直な幅方向でフィルム外装電池集合体2に面している。
本発明の実施形態2について説明する。以下、実施形態1と異なる点を中心に説明する。図7は、実施形態2の組電池の構造を示す断面図である。実施形態1の組電池1と同様の構成要素については同じ符号を付し、詳細な説明を省略する。
本発明の実施形態2について説明する。以下、実施形態1、2と異なる点を中心に説明する。図8は、実施形態2の組電池の構造を示す断面図である。上述した組電池1、1aと同様の構成要素については同じ符号を付し、詳細な説明を省略する。
本発明の実施形態4について説明する。以下、実施形態1〜3と異なる点を中心に説明する。図9は、実施形態4の組電池の構造を示す断面図である。上述した組電池1、1a、および1bと同様の構成要素については同じ符号を付し、詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (9)
- セパレータを介して正極と負極とが交互に積層された発電要素と、前記発電要素を電解質とともに収容可能な内部空間が形成されているフィルム外装材と、を有するフィルム外装電池が複数積層されているフィルム外装電池集合体と、
前記フィルム外装電池集合体の側面に面している少なくとも一つの固定部材と、を有し、
前記フィルム外装材は、前記内部空間を形成している収容部と、前記収容部から前記固定部材に延び、前記内部空間を封止している封止部と、を有し、
前記封止部は、前記固定部材に形成されたスリットに挿入された状態で前記固定部材に固定されている、組電池。 - 複数の前記スリットが、前記積層方向に互いに並んで形成されている、請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 前記封止部は、前記スリットから突出した部分が、前記スリットの開口部が形成されている前記固定部材の外面のみに接着されている、請求項1または2に記載の組電池。
- 前記封止部は、前記スリットの内部で終端して該内部に接着されている、請求項1または2に記載の組電池。
- 前記封止部は、前記スリットの開口部が形成されている前記固定部材の外面および前記スリットの内部に接着されている、請求項1または2に記載の組電池。
- 前記固定部材を挟んで配置されている一対の前記フィルム外装電池集合体を有し、一方のフィルム外装電池集合体の前記フィルム外装電池が他方のフィルム外装電池集合体の前記フィルム外装電池に対して前記積層方向の上側にずらして配置され、
前記一方のフィルム外装電池集合体の底面と、前記他方のフィルム外装電池集合体の上面の各々に、前記積層方向の厚さが前記フィルム外装電池のずれ量の値と同じである補助部材が載置されている、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。 - 前記補助部材が、前記発電要素の充放電を停止するための保護回路を備えている基板である、請求項6に記載の組電池。
- 前記固定部材を挟んで配置されている一対の前記フィルム外装電池集合体を有し、前記一対のフィルム外装電池集合体は、互いに対向している封止部同士が、同一のスリットに挿入されている、請求項4に記載の組電池。
- 前記固定部材の材料が、ポリウレタン樹脂、ウレタンゴム、ポリカーボネート、またはABS樹脂のいずれかである、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。
