Claims (4)
- 表面を有する複数の太陽電池と、
前記複数の太陽電池間を接続する接続部材と、
前記接続部材を前記表面上に接着する樹脂層と、
を備え、
前記樹脂層は、前記太陽電池の端部において、前記接続部材の長手方向であって前記太陽電池の中央部から外縁部に向かう方向に前記表面からの厚さが徐々に薄くなる傾斜部を有する太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記傾斜部は、前記太陽電池の端部において、前記接続部材の長手方向であって前記太陽電池の中央部から外縁部に向かう方向に、前記接続部材の長手方向に直交する方向の幅が狭くなる請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 複数の太陽電池と、一方向に延びる接続部材と、太陽電池と接続部材とを接着する接着剤と、を準備し、
太陽電池の表面上の所定方向に細長く接着剤を塗布する場合に、太陽電池の中央部においては表面からの厚さが所定の厚さとなるように接着剤を塗布するとともに、太陽電池の端部においては太陽電池の中央部から外縁部に向かう方向に表面からの厚さが徐々に薄くなるように接着剤を塗布し、
接続部材の長手方向が前記所定方向となる向きで、太陽電池の表面上の接着剤が塗布された領域に接続部材を接着する太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 太陽電池の端部においては、太陽電池の中央部よりも接着剤の塗布量を少なくする請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
