Abstract
Description
以下に、第1の実施の形態ついて説明する。
一般的なファイバは、挿入部の湾曲等によるファイバ構造の変化の影響により、偏光された光を入射してもファイバから射出する光において偏光状態を保つことができないことがある。そこで、本変形例では、挿入部の湾曲等によりファイバ構造の変化があった場合でも、偏光状態を保持することのできる内視鏡装置について説明する。
次に、第2の実施の形態について説明する。
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも2つの波長帯域において異なる偏光特性を有する光を出射する光源部と、
被検体に挿通される挿入部の先端に一端を配置し、前記光源部からの光を導光する光学素子と、
前記一端を走査する駆動部と、
前記先端部に配置され、前記被検体からの戻り光を受光する受光部と、
前記被検体と前記受光部との間に配置され、前記戻り光を所望の偏光方向に偏光させる偏光フィルタ部と、
を有することを特徴とする内視鏡装置。 - 前記偏光フィルタ部は、前記戻り光を第1の偏光方向に偏光させる第1偏光フィルタと、前記第1の偏光方向とは異なる第2の偏光方向に偏光させる第2偏光フィルタとを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記第1の偏光方向を有する前記第1波長帯域は、前記被検体の光吸収特性を有し、前記第2の偏光方向を有する前記第2波長帯域は、前記第1波長帯域の光吸収特性より低い光吸収特性を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記第1波長帯域は390nmから445nmであり、前記第2波長帯域は600nmから1100nmであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記第1波長帯域は415nmであり、前記第2波長帯域は600nmであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記第1波長帯域は530nmから550nmであり、前記第2波長帯域は600nmから1100nmであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記第1偏光フィルタ及び前記第2偏光フィルタは、前記挿入部の先端面に対称的に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記戻り光の光強度を検出する検出部と、
前記第1の偏光方向の光強度と前記第2の偏光方向の光強度とに基づいて、差または除を算出する演算部とをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡装置。 - 先端部に配置された光学素子の端部を走査するための駆動部を有する内視鏡に着脱するための装着部と、
前記光学素子から生体に照射した光を透過する光学部材と、
前記光学部材の近傍に配置され、前記生体からの戻り光を偏光特性毎に分離する偏光フィルタ部と、
を有することを特徴とする内視鏡キャップ。 - 前記偏光フィルタ部は、第1偏光特性を有する第1偏光フィルタと、第2偏光特性を有する第2偏光フィルタとを有し、
前記第1偏光フィルタと前記第2偏光フィルタとは、円対称に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の内視鏡キャップ。 - 被検体からの戻り光を受光する内視鏡の受光部に対して前記第1偏光フィルタまたは前記第偏光2フィルタを所望の位置に配置させるとともに、前記内視鏡に対して回動を防止する凹凸部、またはカム形状で形成された回転防止部を更に有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の内視鏡キャップ。
- 被検体に挿通される挿入部の先端部に配置された光学素子の端部を走査し、
所定の第1偏光方向を有する第1波長帯域の第1照明光と、前記第1偏光方向と異なる第2偏光方向を有する第2波長帯域の第2照明光とを前記光学素子の端部から前記被検体に照射し、
前記被検体からの戻り光を、前記第1偏光方向と前記第2偏光方向とに偏光フィルタ部で偏光し、
前記第1波長帯域と前記第2波長帯域とに前記戻り光を波長分割手段で分割し、
前記第1偏光特性を有する前記第1波長帯域の光強度、前記第1偏光方向を有する前記第2波長帯域の光強度、前記第2偏光特性を有する前記第1の波長帯域の光強度、及び、前記第2偏光特性を有する前記第2波長帯域の光強度の検出信号を検出手段で生成し、
前記検出信号に基づいて、前記第1波長帯域の第1光強度と、前記第2波長帯域の第2光強度との差または除を演算部で算出し、算出値を閾値と比較し、異常値を検出する演算部で分析することを特徴とする分析方法。 - 前記第1偏光方向と前記第2偏光方向とは直交することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の分析方法。
