- 複数の貫通孔を有する弾性部材と、前記弾性部材の一面に配置され、高分子材料からなる圧電フィルムと、を有する圧電振動子と、
前記圧電振動子の外周部を支持する支持部材と、
を有する発振装置。 - 前記弾性部材の両面にそれぞれ前記圧電フィルムが配置されている請求項1に記載の発振装置。
- 前記弾性部材は、金属からなる請求項1または2に記載の発振装置。
- 前記弾性部材は、形成されている前記空孔により前記圧電フィルムに対する剛性インピーダンスが調整されている請求項1ないし3の何れか一項に記載の発振装置。
- 少なくとも一つの前記貫通孔は、前記圧電フィルムと重なっている請求項1ないし4の何れか一項に記載の発振装置。
- 請求項1ないし5の何れか一項に記載の発振装置と、
前記発振装置に可聴域の音波に復調される超音波を出力させる発振駆動部と、
を有する電子機器。 - 請求項1ないし5の何れか一項に記載の発振装置と、
前記発振装置に前記超音波を出力させる発振駆動部と、
前記超音波と同一周波数の音波を検知する超音波検知部と、
検知された前記超音波に基づいて、前記測定対象物までの距離を算出する測距部と、
を有する電子機器。
