Description
Claims (6)
- 取扱い流体と接するキャン及びエンドベルとキャンドモータポンプの外筒とによって密閉されたステータ部の密閉空間に外部機器を接続する耐圧防爆接続器において、
前記密閉空間から前記外部機器に向かって貫通穴を有する接続円筒と、
前記接続円筒の貫通穴に取り付けられることで防爆隙の隙間と奥行き長さを形成する円筒体と、
前記接続円筒を前記密閉空間に接続する基台継ぎ手と、
を含み、
前記接続円筒の一端は前記密閉空間に接続された前記基台継ぎ手によって前記キャンドモータポンプに接続され、前記接続円筒の他端は前記外部機器と接続する継ぎ手によって前記外部機器に接続され、かつ、貫通穴を有する前記接続円筒は前記密閉空間側から前記円筒体を受け入れることで漏れだした取り扱い流体又は気体による内圧に耐える構造であることを特徴とする耐圧防爆接続器。 - 請求項1に記載の耐圧防爆接続器において、
前記接続円筒の他端は前記外部機器によって密閉されていることを特徴とする耐圧防爆接続器。 - 請求項1に記載の耐圧防爆接続器において、
前記接続円筒の貫通穴にはネジ溝が形成され、前記円筒体は皿ネジ部を有し、前記円筒体の皿ネジ部が前記接続円筒の端面に密着して前記接続円筒に収容されることを特徴とする耐圧防爆接続器。 - 請求項3に記載の耐圧防爆接続器において、
前記接続円筒は、係止のための係止手段で前記基台継ぎ手に固定されることを特徴とする耐圧防爆接続器。 - 請求項4に記載の耐圧防爆接続器において、
前記基台継ぎ手は、前記キャンドモータポンプと端子部とを接続するターミナルフランジの側面に形成されていることを特徴とする耐圧防爆接続器。 - 請求項5に記載の耐圧防爆接続器において、
前記基台継ぎ手は、前記キャンドモータポンプの外筒上面、側面、底面のいずれかに形成されていることを特徴とする耐圧防爆接続器。
