Description
The present invention relates to a refrigeration cycle apparatus equipped with an expansion mechanism and a plurality of compression mechanisms for use in a water heater or an air conditioner.
In recent years, as a means to further increase the efficiency of the refrigeration cycle apparatus, an expansion mechanism is used instead of an expansion valve, and in the process of refrigerant expansion, the pressure energy is recovered in the form of power by the expansion mechanism, and only the recovered amount is recovered. There has been proposed a power recovery type refrigeration cycle apparatus that reduces the electric power required to drive the compression mechanism. In such a refrigeration cycle apparatus, an expander-integrated compressor in which an electric motor, a compression mechanism, and an expansion mechanism are connected by a shaft is used.
By the way, in the expander-integrated compressor, the compression mechanism and the expansion mechanism are connected by a shaft, so that the ratio of the suction refrigerant density of the compression mechanism and the suction refrigerant density of the expansion mechanism is the ratio of the respective suction volumes. There is a so-called density ratio constraint that the ratio is fixed. For this reason, depending on the operating conditions, the displacement amount of the compression mechanism may be insufficient or the displacement amount of the expansion mechanism may be insufficient. Therefore, in order to ensure the recovery power and maintain the COP (Coefficient of Performance) of the refrigeration cycle apparatus high even under operating conditions where the displacement of the compression mechanism is insufficient, in addition to the expander-integrated compressor, Furthermore, a refrigeration cycle apparatus using a second compressor has also been proposed (see, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-132622).
FIG. 6 is a configuration diagram showing a refrigeration cycle apparatus described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-132622. In this refrigeration cycle apparatus, a
Furthermore, the refrigeration cycle apparatus disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-132622 is provided with a
By the way, in a refrigeration cycle apparatus, a high heat dissipation capability may be calculated | required temporarily from a viewpoint of hot water supply load or heating load, for example. In order to achieve this, it is conceivable to increase the circulation amount of the refrigerant by increasing the rotation speed of the motors of the expander-integrated compressor and the sub-compressor.
However, when the rotational speed of the electric motor is increased, the efficiency of the electric motor is lowered, and as a result, the COP of the refrigeration cycle apparatus is lowered.
The present invention has been made in view of such points, and an object of the present invention is to increase the heat radiation capacity while maintaining the COP high in a refrigeration cycle apparatus equipped with an expansion mechanism and a plurality of compression mechanisms. That is.
In recent years, it has been proposed to inject into a compression mechanism in order to temporarily increase the heat dissipation capability. For example, in International Publication No. 2007/072760, in a refrigeration cycle apparatus using an expander-integrated compressor, a gas-liquid separator is provided in a bypass path that bypasses the expansion mechanism, and the gas-liquid separator is separated. A configuration in which a gas refrigerant is injected into a compression mechanism is disclosed. Therefore, it is conceivable to employ this configuration in a refrigeration cycle apparatus in parallel with a compression mechanism using an expander-integrated compressor and a sub-compressor as shown in FIG. That is, it is conceivable that a gas-liquid separator is provided in the
However, the expander-integrated
The present invention has been made from the above viewpoint. That is, the present invention includes a first compression mechanism that compresses a refrigerant, an expander-integrated compressor that includes an expansion mechanism that recovers power from the expanding refrigerant, and a second compression mechanism that compresses the refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit. From the subcompressor including the second compression mechanism connected in parallel with the first compression mechanism, the radiator that dissipates the refrigerant discharged from the first compression mechanism and the second compression mechanism, and the expansion mechanism An evaporator for evaporating the discharged refrigerant; a first pipe for introducing the refrigerant from the first compression mechanism and the second compression mechanism to the radiator; and a second pipe for introducing the refrigerant from the radiator to the expansion mechanism; A third pipe for guiding the refrigerant from the expansion mechanism to the evaporator, a fourth pipe for guiding the refrigerant from the evaporator to the first compression mechanism and the second compression mechanism, and the expansion mechanism from the second pipe. Bypass the third pipe The first bypass flow control valve, the gas-liquid separator, the second flow control valve, and the gas refrigerant separated from the liquid refrigerant by the gas-liquid separator. An refrigeration cycle apparatus comprising: an injection path that guides the gas to the second compression mechanism.
According to this configuration, the amount of refrigerant circulating through the radiator can be increased by supplying the gas refrigerant to the second compression mechanism through the injection path, so-called injection. Thereby, the heat dissipation capability can be temporarily increased while keeping the COP high. In addition, by injecting into the second compression mechanism, the temperature difference between the refrigerant sent from the expander-integrated compressor to the first pipe and the refrigerant sent from the sub compressor to the first pipe can be reduced. As a result, it is possible to increase the heat dissipation capability in a rather improved state without impairing the stability of the refrigeration cycle.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The

Furthermore, the
The first flow

Next, the control performed by the control unit 8 will be described. Before that, first, a case where the injection is not executed will be described.

Gr×(a+b)−Gr×(a+c)=Gr×(b−c)

・ Compression power when injection is executed: Gr × a + (Gr + α) × c

Here, since b> c from the slope of the isentropic line, the compression power can be reduced by Gr × (b−c) when the injection is executed, and the COP is improved as compared with the case where the injection is not executed. be able to.
The control means 8 first performs a start-up operation and then performs a steady operation. During the steady operation, the on-off
First, the control means 8 determines whether or not the required load Qm [kW] is equal to or greater than a predetermined value Q1 [kW] (step S1). When the
If the required load Qm is less than the predetermined value Q1 (NO in step S1), the control means 8 compares Qm with Q1 again. When the required load Qm is equal to or greater than the predetermined value Q1 (YES in step S1), the control means 8 opens the on-off valve 71 (step S2). At this time, the opening degree of the on-off
Next, the control means 8 determines the appropriate pressure (optimum pressure) for the refrigerant to be guided to the radiator 4 through the
After the injection is started, the control means 8 detects the pressure Pd on the high pressure side of the refrigeration cycle with the pressure sensor 91 (step S5), and the pressure Pd detected with the
On the other hand, if Pd = Pa (YES in step S6), the process proceeds to step S8, and the control means 8 maintains that state until the required load Qm becomes less than the specified value Q1. Thereafter, when the required load Qm becomes less than the predetermined value Q1, the control means 8 closes the on-off
As described above, in the
In addition, by injecting into the
In the present embodiment, since the on-off
(Modification)
In the above embodiment, a fixed throttle is used as the second
Alternatively, instead of providing the
Further, instead of providing the
The refrigeration cycle apparatus of the present invention is useful as a means for recovering power by recovering expansion energy of refrigerant in the refrigeration cycle.
Therefore, in order to ensure the recovery power and maintain the COP (Coefficient of Performance) of the refrigeration cycle apparatus high even under operating conditions where the displacement of the compression mechanism is insufficient, in addition to the expander-integrated compressor, Furthermore, a refrigeration cycle apparatus using a second compressor has also been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1 ).
FIG. 6 is a configuration diagram showing the refrigeration cycle apparatus described in Patent Document 1. As shown in FIG. In this refrigeration cycle apparatus, a
Furthermore, the refrigeration cycle apparatus of Patent Document 1 is provided with a
By the way, in a refrigeration cycle apparatus, a high heat dissipation capability may be calculated | required temporarily from a viewpoint of hot water supply load or heating load, for example.
FIG. 1 shows a
The expander-integrated compressor 1 has a first sealed

In addition, it is preferable that the displacement volume of the
The
The
Furthermore, the
The first flow

Next, the control performed by the control unit 8 will be described. Before that, first, a case where the injection is not executed will be described.
2A and 2B are diagrams showing the difference in the Mollier diagram depending on the presence or absence of injection. When injection is performed, as shown in FIG. 2B, the refrigerant (point E) exiting the radiator 4 flows through the
Next, the principle that the efficiency can be improved by injecting the gas refrigerant separated by the gas-
Gr×(a+b)−Gr×(a+c)=Gr×(b−c)
When injection is performed, the amount of enthalpy increase when the refrigerant sucked into the
・ Compression power when injection is not executed: Gr × (a + b)
・ Compression power when injection is executed: Gr × a + (Gr + α) × c
(Α is the injection amount)
Difference between the two: Gr × (a + b) −Gr × (a + c) = Gr × (b−c)
(However, the comparison excludes the injection amount α)
