Claims (5)
- 先端に実験動物の乳房にあてがう実験動物用ティートカップを接続したミルクチューブの他端側を集乳容器を介して陰圧発生源に接続し、陰圧発生源の吸引拍動により実験動物から集乳容器に搾乳を行うようにした実験動物用の搾乳装置であって、
前記ミルクチューブの実験動物用ティートカップを接続している先端側は、基台に一端側が固定されている自在アームであって、屈曲自在であり屈曲後にその姿勢を維持することのできる材料からなる長尺部材と前記長尺部材に沿って配置される鋼板部材とからなる積層体が被覆部材によって被覆されており、前記各部材は全体を屈曲したときに相互の間で滑りが生じる状態で接しており、かつ一端に各部材の相対的移動を阻止する固定部が形成されている自在アームの自由端側に支持されていることを特徴とする実験動物用の自動搾乳装置。 - 自在アームの自由端側にはミルクチューブを摺動自在に支持できるミルクチューブホルダーが取り付けてあり、前記ミルクチューブは該ミルクチューブホルダーを介して自在アームの自由端側に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の実験動物用の自動搾乳装置。
- 実験動物用の自動搾乳装置はさらに透明な円筒体である集乳容器立てを備えており、該集乳容器立てには集乳容器を保持する縦穴が形成されており、該縦穴の内面には集乳容器内の搾乳量を計量するための目盛りが付されており、前記自在アームの固定部側は前記集乳容器立てに固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の実験動物用の自動搾乳装置。
- 前記自在アームにおける長尺部材は、アルミ板、鉛板または樹脂板のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の実験動物用の自動搾乳装置。
- 前記自在アームは前記長尺部材と前記鋼板部材との層間に樹脂シートを挟持さたせた構成を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の実験動物用の自動搾乳装置。
