Claims (15)
- 有害化学物質を含む環境に置かれるとマーカータンパクを産生する遺伝子導入非ヒト哺乳動物。
- 前記有害化学物質は、ダイオキシン類及び/又は多環芳香族炭化水素である請求項1に記載の遺伝子導入非ヒト哺乳動物。
- 前記マーカータンパクは、分泌型アルカリホスファターゼである請求項1又は請求項2に記載の遺伝子導入非ヒト哺乳動物。
- 導入遺伝子が、ダイオキシン類高感受性遺伝子(MMTV-DRE)の下流に分泌型アルカリホスファターゼ(SEAP)遺伝子を結合させた遺伝子(MMTV-DRE-SEAP)である請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の遺伝子導入非ヒト哺乳動物。
- 前記非ヒト哺乳動物は、マウス又はラットであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遺伝子導入非ヒト哺乳動物。
- 有害化学物質を含む環境に置かれるとマーカータンパクを産生する遺伝子導入非ヒト哺乳動物を評価環境中で活動させ、前記遺伝子導入非ヒト哺乳動物の体液中に含まれるマーカータンパクの活性を指標とし、前記評価環境中に含まれる有害化学物質を定量する環境中有害化学物質の定量方法。
- 前記有害化学物質は、ダイオキシン類及び/又は多環芳香族炭化水素である請求項6に記載の環境中有害化学物質の定量方法。
- 前記マーカータンパクは、分泌型アルカリホスファターゼである請求項6又は請求項7に記載の環境中有害化学物質の定量方法。
- 有害化学物質を含む環境に置かれるとマーカータンパクを産生する遺伝子導入非ヒト哺乳動物をタバコ煙を主とする汚染空気中で活動させ、前記遺伝子導入非ヒト哺乳動物の体液中に含まれるマーカータンパクの活性を指標とし、タバコ煙の生物学的毒性を評価するタバコ煙の生物学的毒性評価方法。
- 前記マーカータンパクは、分泌型アルカリホスファターゼである請求項9に記載のタバコ煙の生物学的毒性評価方法。
- 導入遺伝子が、ダイオキシン類高感受性遺伝子(MMTV-DRE)の下流に分泌型アルカリホスファターゼ(SEAP)遺伝子を結合させた遺伝子(MMTV-DRE-SEAP)である請求項9又は請求項10に記載のタバコ煙の生物学的毒性評価方法。
- 前記非ヒト哺乳動物は、マウス又はラットであるタバコ煙の生物学的毒性評価方法。
- 請求項6又は請求項7に記載の環境中有害化学物質の定量方法を時系列的に実施し、評価環境中に含まれる有害化学物質をモニタリングする環境中有害化学物質のモニタリング方法。
- 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の遺伝子導入非ヒト哺乳動物を用いた、芳香族炭化水素受容体機能を促進する促進物質、又は抑制する抑制物質のスクリーニング方法。
- 請求項14に記載のスクリーニング方法により得られた物質を有効成分として含有する、芳香族炭化水素受容体機能の促進物質、又は抑制物質。
