溶剤B:溶液A75vol%+イソパラフィン25vol%
溶剤C:(dl)-リモネン(純度70%(d体が99%)、ヤスハラケミカル社製ジペンテンZ1)
溶剤D:(l)-リモネン(純度92%、ACROS社製)
本実施例ではPVモジュールとして図1に示すような(縦)120mm×(横)120mm×(厚さ)5mmの単セルモジュールを用いた。該PVモジュールの各構成部材の寸法は以下のとおりである。
EVA :0.6mm厚
太陽電池セル:(縦)100mm×(横)100mm×(厚さ)0.4mm(松下精工製)
裏面材 :0.2mm厚(デュポン社製テドラー+PET複層材)
一般的な実験手順は次のとおりである。ステンレス製バット等の容器にPVモジュールとそれが完全に浸る程度の(d)-リモネン含有溶剤を入れる。溶剤の温度は室温としてPVモジュールを浸漬させたままにした。また、場合によって浸漬中に超音波を印加しながら行なった。所定の時間浸漬した後、PVモジュールを取りだして乾燥させた。浸漬終了直後及び乾燥後に、PVモジュールの状態(EVAの剥落・流出の程度、ガラス分離容易性等)について観察した。
Claims (4)
- エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体(EVA)層で封止された太陽電池セルを備えた太陽電池モジュールのEVA層を(d)-リモネン含有溶剤と接触させることにより該EVA層を軟化又は流動化させることを含む太陽電池モジュールの構成部材の分別方法。
- 太陽電池モジュールの表面ガラスを回収するための請求項1記載の分別方法。
- 前記(d)-リモネン含有溶剤中の(d)-リモネン含有量が75vol%以上である請求項1記載の分別方法。
- (d)-リモネンを75vol%以上含有するEVAの軟化又は流動化溶剤。
