Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a sealing bag with an opening tape. More specifically, the present invention relates to a sealing bag with an opening tape provided on the opening side of a packaging bag for packaging foods, medicines and the like.
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, a bag (chuck bag) that can be opened and closed by providing a bite (fitting tool) made up of a male bite and a female bite at the opening part of the bag has been widely used for food, medicine, miscellaneous goods, etc. Used in the field. Even in such a bag with a bite, it is desirable that the bag is completely sealed until the point of sale, and it is common to completely seal the end along the bite part. In a bag with an occlusion device that is hermetically sealed, it is common to cut between the occlusion device and the opening-side seal portion during use, and then open and reseal the occlusion device portion.
In order to open a bag to be hermetically sealed, a method in which a user cuts by using a conventional scissors or a method in which a user tears manually from a side end of a portion to be cut is employed. In order to facilitate the manual tearing operation, notches are also formed on the side edges of the bag.
However, the use of scissors is troublesome and has the disadvantage that it cannot be cut without the scissors. In addition, there is a drawback in that it cannot be cut in a straight line according to the cutting method torn from the notch. Thus, in recent years, for example, the following means have been proposed as means for tearing in a straight line by hand without using a tool such as a scissors.
Means 1; A perforation is formed on the opening side as a tear line.
Means 2: The inner side film of the laminate film constituting the bag is formed thick, the occlusion tool is formed on the inner side film, and the cut line is formed on the edge side of the inner side film. (Refer to Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 52-18254).
Means 3: A cutting line having a special shape is formed (see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-13838).
However, each means described above has the following problems.
The means 1 has a problem that the sealing performance is low due to the perforation, and it is unsealed for some reason during transportation.
The means 2 has a problem that, even if the inner film on which the score line is formed is torn cleanly, when the film is thermally welded to the base film, the score line is buried under the influence of heat and is difficult to tear.
The means 3 has a problem that the sealing performance is insufficient and the process for forming a special cutting line is complicated.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The main object of the present invention is to provide a sealing bag with an opening tape that can be reliably sealed before use and can be easily cut and opened by hand.
The present invention is a sealing bag with an opening tape in which an opening tape is provided on the opening side of the packaging bag, and is a belt-shaped opening tape attached to one side of the inside of the packaging bag in parallel with the opening. And a notch is formed on the surface of the packaging bag on the side opposite to the sticking surface of the opening tape.
Here, the unsealing of the opening tape is performed by adhesion using an adhesive or heat welding by heat sealing or the like. The tape of the present invention is not limited to a wide tape and may be narrow, or may be a string as long as a tear guide effect can be obtained. As a tape, the tear guide effect is higher when the width is narrow to some extent. However, if the width is wide, the tensile strength can be obtained even if it is thin. When the width is narrowed, the strength can be secured by increasing the thickness or the like, and the cross section may be a so-called string shape having an elliptical shape or a circular shape.
According to the present invention as described above, since it is not provided with a perforation or the like by being provided with a band-shaped opening tape attached in parallel to the opening on one surface inside the packaging bag, Since there is no gap with the outside, the sealing performance before opening the packaging bag can be ensured.
In addition, the end portion of the opening tape of the packaging bag is formed with a notch on the surface opposite to the surface of the opening tape, so that the portion with the notch is located between the opening tape and the packaging bag. Since only one surface is present, the end portion of the opening tape is exposed at the cut portion, so that the cut portion can be easily raised.
In the sealing bag with an opening tape of the present invention, the packaging bag and / or the opening tape has a pair of cut portions that are cut from an end portion of the opening tape and whose terminal portions are located inside the opening tape. It is desirable that it be formed.
According to the present invention, a pair of cut portions are formed on the opening tape end portion side of the packaging bag and / or the opening tape, so that the portion sandwiched between the cut portions is a tab. Since the tab-shaped portion can be gripped as it is as a grip portion when the packaging bag is opened, it can be easily cut and opened by hand.
In the sealing bag with an opening tape of the present invention, it is desirable that the cut portion is disposed to be inclined with respect to the opening tape, and a base end portion side of each cut is disposed outside the opening tape.
According to the present invention, the cut portion is inclined so that the cut portion can be securely attached to one surface of the packaging bag and the open tape even when the position of the open tape is slightly shifted. Can be formed. In particular, the pair of cut portions become closer to each other toward the back side of the bag (the direction in which cutting proceeds), and the cutting line can be guided to a predetermined position (such as the center line of the opening tape) Even when cutting by hand, a predetermined cutting state can be reliably ensured.
In the sealing bag with an opening tape of the present invention, the opening tape is preferably uniaxially stretched in the longitudinal direction.
Here, stretching refers to physically stretching a fibrous or film-like polymer material. As a result, the strength and elastic modulus of the polymer material can be improved. When the crystalline polymer is stretched at a temperature not lower than the glass transition temperature and not higher than the melting point, the amorphous portion of the molecules is stretched in the stretching direction, and the crystal As the degree of conversion increases, the molecules are oriented in the stretching direction. As a result, the tensile strength and tensile elastic modulus in the stretching direction increase. Uniaxial stretching refers to stretching in a certain direction. For example, when a film is uniaxially stretched, the strength in the stretching direction is increased compared to the vertical direction, and an anisotropic material is formed. Directivity torn in the direction becomes stronger.
Thereby, the draw ratio is 5 times or more, preferably 8 to 12 times. Since the opening tape is uniaxially stretched in the longitudinal direction, the tearing directivity becomes strong, and therefore, the opening tape can be opened linearly along the longitudinal direction of the opening tape.
In the sealing bag with the opening tape of the present invention, the opening tape is preferably made of a polyolefin resin, and among them, the polyolefin resin is preferably a polyethylene resin or a polypropylene resin.
Here, examples of the polyolefin resin include polyethylene, polypropylene, and polybutene.
Examples of the polyethylene resin include linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE), and low density polyethylene (LDPE).
Examples of the polypropylene resin include homopolypropylene, random polypropylene, and block polypropylene.
According to this, since the opening tape is made of a polyolefin-based resin, the polyolefin-based resin has thermoplasticity, and thus processing such as molding and stretching is easy.
In addition, the polyethylene resin is excellent in moisture resistance, water resistance, cold resistance, and chemical resistance and is flexible, and is suitable for packaging a liquid package.
Furthermore, since the specific gravity of the polypropylene resin is small, the weight of the packaging bag itself can be reduced.
In the sealing bag with an opening tape of the present invention, it is preferable that the biting tools made of a pair of male and female members are respectively attached to the bag inner surface side.
According to this, since the occlusion device composed of a pair of male and female members is attached to the inner surface of the bag, the occlusion device can be opened and closed again, so that the sealing performance of the bag can be maintained. it can.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a packaging bag 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The packaging bag 1 is configured by sealing four sides of a rectangular polyethylene sheet 10 </ b> A (illustrated front side) and 10 </ b> B (illustrated back side) by heat sealing or the like. These sealed portions become the heat seal portion 12. One side of the rectangular packaging bag 1 is an opening 2.
The opening tape 3 is a polyolefin-based resin-wide tape, and is attached to the opening 2 side by heat sealing or the like on the surface of the polyethylene sheet 10B, and is uniaxially stretched in the longitudinal direction. Has been processed.
The notch 4 is formed in a rectangular shape on the surface of the polyethylene sheet 10 </ b> A on the opening 2 side on the end side of the opening tape 3 of the packaging bag 1.
The cut portion 5 is formed on the end side of the opening tape 3 so as to be inclined with respect to the edge of the opening tape 3 from the polyethylene sheet 10 </ b> B and reach the inside of the opening tape 3. Further, the notch 5 is formed within the range of the notch 4. In this embodiment, the cutout portion 4 and the cutout portion 5 are provided on both the heat seal portions 12 on two sides orthogonal to the opening portion 2.
The bite 11 has a pair of male and female members attached to both sides of the polyethylene sheets 10A and 10B below the opening tape 3 on the opening 2 side by heat sealing or the like. The articulating tool 11 is attached to the inner surface of the packaging bag 1. Here, the bite 11 is made of polyethylene.
As shown in FIG. 2, the notch 4 is formed in a rectangular shape on the surface of the polyethylene sheet 10 </ b> A on the opening 2 side, and the notch 5 is located on the end side of the opening tape 3. It is formed so that it may incline from the cutting base end part 5A located on the outer side and on the polyethylene sheet 10B to reach the cutting end part 5B located inside the opening tape 3.
As shown in FIG. 3, which is a sectional view taken along the line XX in FIG. 2, the cut end portion 5 </ b> B is formed inside the opening tape 3.
As a procedure for opening the packaging bag 1, as shown in FIG. 4, the end side of the opening tape 3 is picked up and pulled in the direction of the arrow to tear it. The overlapping portion of the polyethylene sheet 10B, the opening tape 3, and the polyethylene sheet 10A is torn linearly in a direction parallel to the cut end portion 5B.
As a procedure for manufacturing the packaging bag 1, as shown in FIG. 5, an opening tape 3 is sandwiched between polyethylene sheets 10A and 10B in advance. Under the present circumstances, the notch part 4 is formed in the position corresponding to the opening tape 3 of 10 A of polyethylene sheets. The polyethylene sheets 10 </ b> A and 10 </ b> B and the opening tape 3 are heat-welded by the heat seal bar 20, and the heat seal part 12 is formed at a corresponding position of the notch part 4.
Thereafter, in the cutout portion 4, two sets of cutout portions 5 are formed in a square shape so as to straddle the opening tape 3. At this time, the notch 5 is formed so that the C-shaped end spreads face each other.
Further, the portion where the polyethylene sheet 10 </ b> B, the opening tape 3, and the polyethylene sheet 10 </ b> A are overlapped by the cut bar 30 is cut between the two sets of cut portions 5.
Through the above steps, the heat seal portion 12 shown in the figure is orthogonal to the laminate of the polyethylene sheet 10B, the opening tape 3 and the polyethylene sheet 10A in which the two sets of the cutout portion 4 and the cutout portion 5 are formed. If a heat seal part is formed on the side, a packaging bag is obtained.
According to this embodiment as described above, the following effects are obtained.
(1) A cut portion 5 that reaches the inside of the opening tape 3 that is inclined with respect to the edge of the opening tape 3 is formed on the end portion side of the opening tape 3, so that it is cut when the packaging bag 1 is opened. Since the insert portion 5 can be gripped as it is as a knob portion, it can be easily cut and opened by hand.
Moreover, even if the sticking position of the opening tape 3 has shifted | deviated somewhat because the cutting part 5 inclines, the cutting part 5 is reliably attached to the surface of the polyethylene sheet 10B of the packaging bag 1 and the opening tape 3. Can be formed.
Furthermore, since it is not a structure in which a perforation or the like is provided on one surface inside the packaging bag 1 by being provided with a band-shaped opening tape 3 adhered in parallel to the opening 2, there is a gap with the outside. Therefore, the sealing performance before opening the packaging bag 1 can be ensured.
(2) On the end side of the opening tape 3 of the packaging bag 1, the notch 4 is formed on the surface opposite to the sticking surface of the opening tape 3. Since only the surface of the tape 3 and the polyethylene sheet 10 </ b> A of the packaging bag 1 is provided, the cutout portion 4 becomes thin, so that the cutout portion 5 can be easily raised.
(3) Since the opening tape 3 is uniaxially stretched in the longitudinal direction, the tearing directivity becomes strong, so that the opening tape 3 can be opened linearly along the longitudinal direction of the opening tape 3.
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and modifications and improvements within a scope that can achieve the object of the present invention are included in the present invention. For example, as the cut portion 5, the cut end portion 5 </ b> B located inside the opening tape 3 is formed by inclining from the cut base end portion 5 </ b> A located outside the opening tape 3. Without being limited thereto, the cutting base 5 may have the cutting base end 5 </ b> A located inside the opening tape 3.
In this case, the notch part 5 does not need to incline, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, a pair may be mutually parallel.
Moreover, although the notch part 4 and the notch part 5 were each formed in the both ends of the opening tape 3, either one (namely, only the right or left side of the bag of FIG. 1) may be sufficient.
The pair of cut portions 5 may not be formed, and only the one polyethylene sheet 10B and the opening tape 3 can be gripped by the cut portions 4, so that this portion can be easily gripped and tearing can be easily started. .
The opening tape 3 is not limited to a width as in the above-described embodiment, but may be a narrow width, or may be a thin string shape as long as a tensile strength capable of obtaining a tearing guide effect is obtained. .
Furthermore, although the bite tool 11 is provided by being attached to the opening 2 side in the above-described embodiment, it may not be provided. In this case, it is suitable as a disposable packaging bag. Moreover, although the opening tape 3 was made of polyethylene in the above-described embodiment, it is not limited thereto, and may be made of polypropylene.
In addition, the specific structure, shape, and the like when carrying out the present invention may be other structures and the like as long as the object of the present invention can be achieved.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be used as a packaging bag for packaging food, medicine, etc., and in particular, can be used as a sealing bag with an opening tape that can be easily opened on the opening side.
