Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 一方の面でワーク片と接触する第1アーム、
上記第1アームの他方の面に沿つて略々平行に延
び、該第1アームと折返し部で接続した第2アー
ム、前記第1アームに設けられてワーク片から押
出される筒形押出部を受容する第1開口、前記第
1開口と概ね同心に前記第2アームに設けられ、
少くともその一部は前記筒形押出部を貫通してね
じ込まれるタツピンねじのねじ山径より小径な第
2開口を含み、前記第1開口は所定の内径の第1
部分と、該第1部分より大径で、かつワーク片と
接触する面から遠い側にある第2部分を有すると
共に、前記ワーク片の筒形押出部と第1アームと
の間の回転防止手段を内周に備えていることを特
徴とするクリンチナツト。 2 タツピングねじは第1アームの領域ではワー
ク片の筒形押出部にしか螺合せず、第2アームに
は第2開口に螺合する特許請求の範囲第1項に記
載のクリンチナツト。 3 タツピングねじを第2アームの開口の中に締
付けると、第2アームは第1アームの方へ曲げら
れ、両アームを接続した折返し部はねじの弛み抜
け阻止手段となる特許請求の範囲第2項に記載の
クリンチナツト。 4 回転防止手段は第1開口の内周に設けられた
複数のセレーシヨンである特許請求の範囲第1項
に記載のクリンチナツト。 5 回転防止手段は第1開口の内周に設けられた
複数の歯状突起である特許請求の範囲第1項に記
載のクリンチナツト。 6 第2アームの第1アームに対面しない面には
第2開口を囲むリング状突出部がある特許請求の
範囲第1項に記載のクリンチナツト。 7 特許請求の範囲第1項に記載のクリンチナツ
トにワーク片をかしめて固定するかしめ装置であ
つて、上下方向に可動に設けられた筒形の外側ピ
ストンと、上記外側ピストンの中空部中に上下方
向に可動に設けられた内側ピストンと、上記内側
ピストンを連結して該ピストンを上下動させ、下
動させたときは該内側ピストンの下端部を前記外
側ピストンの下端から下に突出させる動力シリン
ダを備え、前記内側ピストンは下端にピアシング
装置を有し、前記動力シリンダとクリンチナツト
を送り進める送り爪の間をリンケージで連結する
と共に、ばねで上向きに付勢されたプランジヤを
前記外側ピストンに概ね対向して配置し、このプ
ランジヤに隣接してクリンチナツトの連続体から
クリンチナツトを切離す切断装置を設けたことを
