Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate the selection of sensitivity, precision and wavelength for measurement by a method wherein an arbitrary plural number of sets of the combination of the wavelength of an exciting light spectroscope with that of a fluorescence spectroscope are made. CONSTITUTION:When a plurality of wavelengths are selected for each of an exciting light spectroscope 1 and a fluorescence spectroscope 2 and an excitation wavelength is taken sequentially from the short wavelength side, the wavelengths of the two spectroscopes 1 and 2 are combined so that a fluorescence wavelength to be combined with the excitation wavelength is taken sequentially from the long wavelength side. While data on the detection intensity of a fluorescence are incorporated and stored 5 in each state of combination, a coefficient specified for the stored data is multiplied to be subjected to linear transformation operation, and the result of the operation is outputted as a measured value. The liner transformation operation is conducted for giving a base line correction to the taken data on the intensity of the fluorescence, and a coefficient for data being unnecessary in a measuring mode to be executed may be set as 0. While coefficients to be used when two wavelengths are taken at equal intervals in the front and rear of the central wavelength are 1 and -1/2, in addition, wavelength intervals are not always equal, said coefficients can be set appropriately as occasion demands. Accordingly, an optimum mode can be selected for measurement.
