CONSTITUTION:10-50wt.% (hereinafter simply %) (meth)acrylic group containing prepolymer (A) selected from a urethane acrylic resin, an epoxyacrylic resin and a polyester acrylic resin, 3-30% methyl (meth)acrylate polymer (B) comprising a homopolymer of methyl (meth)acrylate or a copolymer of methyl (meth) acrylate with (meth)acrylate having a 2C or higher alkyl group, 30-40% hydroxy (meth)acrylate (C) and 3-60% polymerizable (meth)acrylate monomer other than the component (C) [e.g., methyl (meth)acrylate] are blended with one another in a weight ratio of the components (C) to (D) of 10:90-90:10.
