ものである。チツプソーは帯状或は円板状に成形
したソーブレードにダイヤモンドチツプや超硬チ
ツプ等のチツプ刃を等間隔的に取付けた鋸であつ
て、石材や金属等の硬質材料を能率よく切削する
のに適したものである。

プを熔接によつてソーブレードに取付ける方法に
対して、接着、リベツテイングその他の熔接以外
の方法によつて取付けることができるから、例え
ば熱歪等の熔接を行なうことにより生じる不具合
の発生を無くすことができる利点があつた。しか
しながら、この方法によるチツプソーは、ソーブ
レードに一旦チツプ刃を取付けた後は、これを取
外すことが困難なため、チツプ刃が一定以上摩耗
すると他の部分に何らの損耗がなくてもチツプソ
ー自体を廃棄せざるを得ないのである。

同様であつて、帯状、無端帯状、或いは円板状に
形成されており、その切削縁に多数のチツプ刃2
を等間隔的に取付けることによつて、チツプソー
となるのである。チツプ刃2はチツプエレメント
3と取付片4とから成つている。このチツプエレ
メント3が従来のチツプソーにおけるチツプに相
当するものであり、従来は熔接によつてソーブレ
ード1の切削縁に直接取付けていたものである。
取付片4はチツプエレメント3をソーブレード1
に取付ける仲立ちをするものであつて、ソーブレ
ード1の厚みとほゞ同一の間隔に保たれた一対の
板状材から成つている。尚、図ではチツプエレメ
ント3は一例としてダイヤモンドチツプを示した
が、もとよりこれに限定されるものではなく、超
硬チツプ等の硬質チツプエレメントが用いられる
のであり、また、取付片4はチツプエレメント3
を成形する際にこれと一対的に形成してもよく、
或いはチツプエレメント3とは別体に形成して必
要に応じて熔接等の手段によりチツプエレメント
に取付けてもよいのであり、要はチツプエレメン
ト3をソーブレード1に取付ける機能を発揮する
ものであれば充分である。

様に、チツプ刃2の先方向に偏寄した位置に一組
を備えてもよいのである。尚、第4図ではソーブ
レード1の切削縁に段差9を形成してここに取付
片4が係合する様にした一例を示した。即ちこの
様にすると段差9が第2図に示す嵌合溝6′に対
応し、取付片4の上記段差9と係合する部分が固
定ピン5′に対応して力Pに対抗する作用をする
のである。第5図はチツプエレメント3と取付片
4とを別体に形成してチツプエレメント3を取付
片4に嵌合させることによつてソーブレード1に
取付ける一例を示したものである。即ち、取付片
4は断面を状にして係合面9を形成し、一方チ
ツプエレメント3には嵌合溝10を形成してこの
嵌合溝10を係合面9に嵌めることによつて取付
片4に取付けるのである。尚、この場合、取付片
4は接着、ビス止めその他の方法によりソーブレ
ード1に固着してもよく、或は第2図〜第4図に
示す方法でソーブレード1に取付けても、もとよ
り差しつかえはない。要はソーブレード1の取付
面と係合面9との間に係合部材11を挿し込むた
めの空隙12を生じさせれば充分である。
