Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the effective scanning region of the lens of an imaging lens system so as to decrease the distortion of the image and to improve the image by providing oscillating devices which oscillate laser beams so as to incline the same in the optical axis direction of the imaging lens system.
CONSTITUTION: The 1st oscillating part 20 and the 2nd oscillating part 21 are provided with inclination in such a manner that the 1st and 2nd laser beams 20a, 21a are entered to the imaging lens system 24 both at 2.5° angle ϕ of inclination in the optical axis 24a of the lens system. Then, the 1st laser beam 20a and the 2nd laser beam 21a are intersected with the optical axis within the imaging lens system 24 and the spacing between the two laser beams 20a and 21a in the lens system 24 is reduced. The pass width of both the laser beams 20a, 21a in the 1st lens 24b and the 2nd lens 24c, i.e., the effective scanning region of the lenses is reduced. The distortions of the images are thereby decreased and the image quality is improved even if the large-diameter lenses are not used. The application of this device to the fine image is thus enabled.
