Parallel luminous flux, which is inputted into the window 5, is outputted as the parallel luminous flux through the lens 8. Thus, the effect of the optical window on the image forming performance of the optical condenser system is suppress with a simple constitution. The luminous flux is excellently condensed on a detector 7.
