Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the control of the temperature of hot water in a hot water tank, by a method wherein the control position of a damper is changed according to a difference between the temperature of hot water in the hot water tank or the temperature of hot water flowing out from a percolator coil and a predetermined second set temperature. CONSTITUTION:A control panel 38 decides the control position of a flow rate regulating damper 9 and regulates an amount of water fed to a percolator coil 4 according to a difference between the temperature of hot water in a hot water storage tank 2, detected by a hot water temperature detector 79, and a first set temperature. In each control position, the control position of the damper 9 is changed according to a difference between a water temperature detected by the hot water temperature detector 79 or the temperature of the temperature of hot water flowing out from the percolator coil 4 detected by a hot water temperature detector 78 and a predetermined second set temperature. Namely, an angle displacement flow rate of the damper 9 is selected in the same position as the control position of the damper 9 without fail. This constitution enables great facilitation of control of the temperature of hot water in the hot water storage tank.
